“The room was great! However our check in experience was terrible. The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived at the property in the late evening due to the tsunami warning. The front desk staff told us the elevators were turned off due to the tsunami warning so that meant my family and I would have to access our room via the stairway. When I informed them that was unacceptable (because that meant hiking 38 floors with 4 suitcases), the front desk staff very rudely...

“In addition to the cleanliness, view and the separate bedroom, an extra bonus was the outside BBQ area to grill and enjoy your own food. Also, the parking was a big plus. We had a rental car which we used to explore the island and do grocery shopping at Ala Moana.Mahalo!”
