Room was very clean. Food was amazing. Personnel and service was outstanding. SPA personnel, masseuse, bather (kisəci) were all very attentive and professional. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, you will enjoy every minute of stay.

I had a nice stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything what I needed. I especially enjoyed the breakfast – fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the opening hours of the SPA center. As someone who likes to use the gym and pool early in the morning before breakfast, I found it a bit inconvenient that it opens only after 9 o'clock.

Room was very hot, couldn’t adjust the temperature to cold, ended up leaving the balcony door open a lot to cool the room down to suitable sleep temperature. Most of the food options were fairly unhealthy and limited for vegetarians. Shame it’s pitched as a health and wellness place and let down by lack of healthy options. The resort’s choice of late night entertainment such as karaoke after 11pm that could be heard from the rooms also felt a poor choice. The downstairs restaurant also hosted loud bingo while we were trying to eat. Not a place for people who look for quiet stays. There was a choice of another restaurant upstairs but having eaten there the previous night, we thought it would be nice to try the other one.

Needs to be considered for future

Hotel itself is clean has a nice view and good staff. Only foods variety can be increased as well as taste. I would mention also that outdoor pool was tiny, no music played on pool which could be very good for swimmers.

Helpful staff

The best hotel ever I stayed. Staff are super helpful. There are many activities during the day for both adults and children. Special thanks to İlaha who made her best to make interesting environment for children. I don't have any negative experience. Just for improvement not all guests are introduced activities exist at Hotel. Make sure you ask about all facilities and activities during check in.

Good hotel. But events are not always take place

Accommodation, restaurant, service, spa - are good! But everyday events were schedule were posted and most of time never completed. We came to play Mafia gave it were 5 people total and they didn’t start in 40 min. And we left. Then 10 am kids fitness - it started very late, that’s why most of kids left. Then cooking master class started 40 min later. They are telling that it is not enough people to start. But 3-5 people are also customers. Evening program for kids - mini disco and ballon show on Sunday also never happened

Exceptional Service and Professionalism

I recently stayed at Lankaran Springs Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Initially, I mistakenly booked a reservation for one person instead of two. However, after discussing the situation, the reception staff, along with the management team, showed great professionalism and kindness by accommodating our stay without any issues. As a regular guest, I truly appreciate their customer-focused approach. A special thanks also goes to the pool lifeguard. On March 24, my son accidentally swam in the wrong direction, and the moment I noticed something was wrong and jumped up, the lifeguard reacted instantly. With impressive speed and without hesitation, he jumped into the pool and saved my son. As someone who cannot swim, I am incredibly grateful for his timely and professional response. A huge thank you to the entire staff—you should all be proud of your dedication and service. Keep up the great work!

Outstanding hot springs in a superb resort

When planning this visit to Azerbaijan to visit the various hot spring resorts, we had high hopes for Lankaran as it has received so much praise since it opened just five years ago. Having now spent three blissful days there, we can see what all the fuss is about - it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived we were impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff (most of whom spoke very good English, which we certainly weren't anticipating). The food was outstanding - both in the variety and the quality (and we were more than satisfied as vegetarians with all the buffet options). The room was quiet, spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were a dream (there's even a pillow menu!). The star of the show, naturally, is the spa and in particular the wonderful thermal springs. In three days my ring turned from silver to black - and that's a great sign that these hot spring waters are full of minerals! The temperature was a perfect 37-38 degrees, and the adjacent hamam, steam room and sauna were also beautifully designed and so relaxing. The indoor pool is spacious, and the dedicated relaxation room was like a heavenly cocoon. There's no doubt that Lankaran is a long way from Baku - but that's part of the appeal. Making a journey down here is an excellent way to really get away from it all, and enjoy some hot spring bliss at a very fair price with top-notch 5-star service. We'll be back for the full package next time!

Fancy, but little bit dull

We stayed in Lankaran Springs for 2 days. I would say the stay was quite expensive. Parking was small and not every car would fit in. I was lucky to find one available slot. However there is easy reach for parking right from the hotel foyer. You will see cold detox and fresh drinks in the entrance. Veery tasty! The personnel has smile on their faces 24/7 and they are quite nice to people. We were provided with all necessary info(including brochure for fun) before entering our room. For some reason check-in was at 15:00. The whole world has it set for 14:00. I mean, seriously? Whatever. We were let into our room at 14:15 as it was ready. Room was clean and ready. High tech and working AC. Although the wi-fi is a bit weak and unstable . We selected half buffet menu while reserving. Breakfast was nice and rich. Rich with sugar and wheat products. Lots of processed pastries. As I was in elimination diet, I did not find neither plant-based milk nor diet food. Unfortunately, I ate only veggies and beans with sauce. It was tasty and I kept enjoying it for two days in a row. Tea is finishing quite fast because Azerbaijani people like tea. So if you want to have nice cup of wonderful Lankaran/Astara tea, you better get going! In the evening meal, you again miss diet meal! Lots of fat and processed meat. I did notice Lankaran delicious food, but mainly it was high-far food. One noteworthy point: there was celery juice . The game center had good bowling, but broken billiard.

Das Frühstück in Buffetform war ausgezeichnet und immer frisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der SPA Bereich großzügig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen.

It is a good hotel, recommended.

the room is a little small compare with other five-star hotel. the main road in front of the main gate is not very good and it’s not convenient to get to the high-way. The food if good. The environment is clean and good.

Average hotel

It all went wrong when we arrived, because they did not have our prepaid reservation and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get a room. The room is relatively small, but clean. The food is just average, no vegetables at the breakfast. Only few reception clerks speak English or Russian, the rest just the local language. They have really good massage in the SPA. But we did not use a medical center.( so no idea about one) Even the check out took much time, because the person in charge was away for 30 minutes.
