Beautiful area and cute cabin tucked away. Felt peaceful and was very quiet. Nice fire pit area as well. Near a lot of really cool sights to see! Will be back for sure!

We’ve stayed here a couple times for our boys weekend. Nice quiet location, but near everything you need. The cabin is clean and cool, and the hot tub is a nice retreat after a days activities. The hot and cold water are reversed in the kitchen and bathroom, which is a quirk you can overcome. But the cold control in the shower doesn’t fully turn off so it can drip, which would be a good safety repair.

Clean and cozy, everyday we went out and did hiking , sight seeing , food shopping , playground, waterfalls. The furthest drive was 20 minutes. Would definitely come back again.

I thought the cabin was nice, but could use some updating. It worked perfectly for us though. Location was great! Would recommend to others.

Peaceful and relaxing.

This was our first trip together. Best friendship of 24 yrs!! We had a great time and loved the hot tub! Good communication with the owners! Thank you so much! We would love to make this a yearly thing now!

Private hideaway

We arrived to find everything in order. Comfortable, clean. Friendly owners, lay out the guidelines so there are no questions as to do’s and don’ts. We enjoyed our pet friendly cabin and look forward to staying again.. thank you for making our vacation great!

my experience

Very nice cabin, a little dark. Great location for our plans. Couple of issues about which I notified property manager before leaving. During heavy rain there was some leaking around one bedroom window and near light fixture in bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable.

Quiet Cabin

Property is located on a hill in the woods so very quiet. Parking was limited but close to cabin. Cabin is functional but a bit dated. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is outstanding if you are traveling for New River Gorge activities. While pet friendly, you are asked to crate them If you leave them alone in the residence so plan ahead. Check in was easy and owners were very nice. If you are going as a group for park activities, this place is great.
