- New 2 bedroom home with spectacular lakefront views. Located on a private drive with only a few houses in quite neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets, swimming, fishing and relaxation. Close to the colleges. 10 miles to Cornell and Ithaca College.
The house was built in 2008 and has a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spectacular view of the lake. There are hard wood and masonry floors throughout.

This is a lovely, well-maintained cottage in a quiet area on the shore of Cayuga Lake just north of Myers Point. My wife and I have enjoyed brief retreats here (from 3 to 6 days) many of the past 5 or 6 years. Always a great time!

Lake view relaxation
The property is comfortable, an easy drive from Ithaca and natural attractions. The lake views were lovely and our weather was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay!

A quiet spot on the lake
This is a wonderful cottage on Cayuga Lake. It is extremely well-maintained and spotless, with up-to-date appliances and everything one needs for a restful stay at the lake.

Great stay for Thanksgiving
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved the quiet location. Access to walk to Salt Point Natural Area and a short drive to other walking locations. The location is secluded, but very close to Lansing and Ithaca. The owners were very kind and accommodating with our unscheduled flight changes.

Very cozy lake house
Our family had a wonderful time in this lake house. It has everything: breathtaking views, exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and many local attractions. We visited the Ithaca market, hiked the Cornell waterfalls, and enjoyed the barbeque with the sunsets at the lake.

Very Clean
The house was Very Veey clean. Kitchen was wonderful. The fire pit flagstone patio was absolutely wonderful. If you want to sit by the fire and over look the lake you have to stay here… beautiful. Definitely a great couples get away. Very quite and secluded

Weekend getaway
The lake shore home is very comfortable with spectacular views of the lake. We enjoyed the firepit outside and bird watching the many species of water fowl. The house is equipped with several extras which made it stress free. We had a wonderful Easter weekend getaway, We visited the difference falls, college and Ithaca.

great place!
The home was clean and had many thoughtful touches. The kitchen is well stocked, which made things easier during our stay. The view from the window waking up in the morning is lovely and peaceful. A great place to get away for a few days, which was exactly what we were looking for. Jennifer and Mitch were responsive and kind. Highly recommend!
