We arrived to the property on Saturday June 22nd and immediately had to leave the property because of mice found there. We have contacted VRBO’s customer service and provided photos and a video. It has been over a week and nobody contacted me yet. I have spoken to four agents so far but they are telling me that I have to wait. I am wondering how long it will take to receive a full refund and maybe an apology for ruining my vacation.
