“Lovely hotel very big. We were only staying overnight. I queued at the bar to order some coffee ( as there was no waiter/waitress to be seen) only to be told they served soft drinks only with no advice on how to get coffees. When I eventually was able to order we then waited a further 20 mins for overpriced coffee.”

“We loved staying here way better than most of the other hotels we have stayed at in cypress the food way very good most nights in terms of vegetarian and vegan options but there were a few nights where options were limited but that is to be expected. “It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.”

“La llegada al hotel no fue buena, habia reservado una habitacion con 2 camas y cuando llegamos al hotel era de 1 cama. Nos dijeron que no habia de 2 y despues de un rato nos dieron u na habitacion con dos camas. La habitacion estaba bien y tenia vistas al mar. Estaba preparada para 1 persona y nos trajeron lo necesario para dos.”
