Amenities include private bathrooms and more sleeping spaces than you'll ever need! The large, open-concept kitchen and basement entertaining space are perfect for meals and game nights! The custom theater room even includes a king-size sofa sleeper.

    Bring your boat or jet ski and use the private launch only minutes away! Other features include: Theater room, private bathrooms with toiletries provided, high-speed Internet, three balcony spaces with private balcony off the primary bedroom, and lake access with private dock for swimming and fishing. Things to do: Lake Nepessing sand bar (volleyball, music, etc.) The Lake Inn Restaurant with boat access, Lake Nepessing Golfland, Rolling Hills Golf Club, Torzewski County Park, Lapeer Community Center, Hadley-Metamora Recreation Area, Gallery 194, The Pix Theater, NCG Cinemas, Water Tower RV Park, Hilltop Campground, and plenty of shopping and restaurants in the City of Lapeer.

Our stay here was amazing! Our girls had a fall softball tournament over the weekend and we liked the idea of a getting a group together to stay at a house instead of a hotel. The house was super clean and met our expectations tremendously. So much room for everyone. Dave was great and very easy to get in touch with. We will definitely consider staying here again when we can enjoy the lake more!

Absolutely a perfect stay for a large group. Great kitchen and family space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus. We really enjoyed the theater room as a group as well. The setting on the lake was beautiful, especially being in the fall, Master has private balcony as well as 2 large common balconies. Well stocked with kitchen needs, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. We will be back!!

I highly recommend this property. The home is stunning. It was great for our family reunion. All of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms, the kitchen is beautiful and spacious enough for a large group to gather and help cook. Finally, the view from the decks are AMAZING. The sunsets and the lakefront scenics are incredible. We had a perfect vacation. All ages 2-83 enjoyed!

Beautifully Appointed Home

We all enjoyed our stay at this home. Pictures did not do the home justice. Plenty of room for our entire group. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

All inclusive house

This property has everything a family could need for a get away. Very thoughtfully equipped. Beautiful setting. The gouse is clean and very comfortable. Very nice host. Would absolutely stay again. Loved all the perks!

Can not go wrong to stay here!

This was our second time! The second time was as great as the first time. The family got to celebrate an event and all be together. This time we knew to take our water toys to enjoy the total experience. On the rainy day, there is plenty to do inside including ping pong, the netted basketball, games and a movie theatre. During the nice days, we played volleyball and did some boating and fishing. What a great time!

Amazing family vacation spot!!

Our family enjoyed this home so much!!! Wish we could stay forever. The host is amazing with communication and the home has everything for the ease of use. The lake was beautiful! We are all talking about what days we want to book again next summer!! Only thing that would of made it better was the use of a boat which we are looking into seeing if we can rent one locally and keep it there for our next stay.

Excellent home for lake vacation

This rental was perfect for a mini-family reunion. My family, my siblings and their families, and my parents all shared the house. Each group had their own private space and everyone felt like they had plenty of room. We brought a pontoon boat, kayaks, SUPs, and fishing gear to really enjoy the property to the fullest, but would still be a great spot even without these items. Swimming and fishing just off the dock was great. Movie theater was also a big hit with the kids.

Perfect place that exceeded expectations

This home was the only choice for 5 beds/baths but it also happened to be an amazing house. Right on a beautiful lake, newer home with fantastic design and decoration. It appears the owner uses it for their own family instead of just an investment. The best part was the home theater which made for a great family memory. Only regret is that our schedule was full of activities outside the house, otherwise we would have loved to spend more time there.

Klimas Family Vacation

We spent four nights in this beautiful lake home. Very spacious accommodations and stocked with everything we needed. We brought our pontoon boat and were able to enjoy taking the kids tubing and hanging out at the sandbar. We also could play in the sandy area by the dock but recommend wearing water shoes. We all enjoyed the theatre room especially on the rainy day. We managed, but the many stairs could be an issue for anyone with a disability. A refrigerator on the lower level would be handy. All in all we totally enjoyed our time here and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

What a find!

If I could give this property a 12 star I definitely would! This secret gem was perfect for a family get together. My 97 year old Dad was in his glory. No entrance steps, first floor bedroom and bathroom next to the bedroom. Main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen and family room. My father could take his walker all around and be part of all the activities. The deck overlooking the lake was his favorite. The young adults enjoyed their area downstairs. My sisters and brothers were upstairs. This beautiful home lacks nothing. The host was very accommodating. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity!

Perfect for our family trip

Every year we do a family trip with a group of 12-14 people (teen to adults), and we always have a hard time finding a place with the right set up for sleeping and bathroom space. This house was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out feel comfortable. The house itself is clean and beautiful with a serene view. Lots of seating options for big groups. Plenty of beach towels available. We brought some hammock floaties and games for the water, and everyone had a blast. Dave was a fantastic host. Answered all of my questions before and during our visit. He even tried to find a place where we could rent a boat. Unfortunately neither one of us could find one, but I appreciate all of his effort to help us out. I would recommend this house 10/10 and would love to come back!

Four college friends and families have gotten together at different places in the country (20 of us) over the last 12 years. Our stay here at Lake Nepessing had the best view by a long shot. Walking out from the basement bedroom feels like an infinity pool seeing straight out the storm door into the lake. All three levels have unbelievable balconies. (The top one is attached to the bedroom.) The lake was amazing. Super clear for Stand up Paddle Boarding and wide open for water skiing/ wakeboarding, etc. on our ski boat. Fish jump costantly and the lake is so clear you can see them below the surface. We caught a few each morning. We saw DNR make a trip around the lake one time all week.The house is spacious and easily slept all of us. Boys crashed in theatre. One daughter slept on a blow up mattress we brought in the spacious bedroom upstairs with her parents. All other parents got their own bedroom. Dave provided 7 beach towels in addition to bath towels (an unusually nice addition). We used his SUPS and brought two of our own. We swam, played lake volleyball, pickleball at the community center 10 min away ping pong, watched movies on the full on theatre. We did miss a central dining room table on the main level, but played games on the kitchen island, outside tables and downstairs tables. We brought paddle bug zappers that made dusk and nighttime out on the balcony even more fun zapping mosquitos. Also loved the on the lake restaurant. Wonderful stay.

Good afternoon Dave,I would never rent your home again for the following problems we encountered with your rental property and you being the host and cleaner :Upon one hour of arriving you call to inform us the the basement had flooded and the carpet was wet. You also told us that the faucet in the downstairs bathroom was broken. Well the carpet was not just wet it was soaked and never dried up. The theater room smelled like mildew. Those reasons were why we could not use the theatre room. You never offered a refund nor discount! The HVAC did not work properly. You said someone would come out to fix yet no one ever showed up. The heat and air could not be regulated properly. The night we arrived you sent your neighbor over. He came in smoking! We have to tell him to put the cigarette out. He use so much profanity that it made us uncomfortable. He ask for alcohol while speaking negative about the other neighbors. We realized he was only there to spy. The washing machine was broken. The snow was not shoveled! You had all your personal items piled up in the garage, we could not park in it. You claim the house sleeps 12, but there were only 4 parking places. We could not park on the street nor on front of the neighbors homes which cause several visits and harassing phone calls and text messages. We were so inconvenienced we had to park at a local store and pick family up. You had no garbage cans for the trash and told us to put the trash in the garage and later you complained
