“No me gusto que las habitaciones tienen mucho calor ”

“I was already 4 times in this hotel, always clean, gently and close to everything!”

“Espectacular hotel!!!”

“We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading...

“Brand new property with modern, clean rooms and a great layout — restaurants centrally located so you can dine inside or out. Pillow menu available, a thoughtful touch. Shoutout to the team: Ender, Hakan, Emre & Ratuhan (bars — Hakan’s smoked cocktail is a must try!), Gulhan (pool bar on roller skates — fun and faster service!), Mehmet (DJ), Berkay (Wen), Mustafa (restaurants), Huseyn (Degusto), Ece (personal assistant — proactive and handled everything), Rhea (cleaning — spotless every...

“It is a nice property still seems to be in transition.Couple of issues- Internet is either very slow or non-existing - Times there is only one of 4 elevators were working”

“Alles hat gut angefangen bis wir im Appartement waren in der Beschreibung stand das wir ein Balkon haben aber nein wir hatten keins das war eigentlich das negative sonst alles Super”

“Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting...

“Everything is excellent ”

“Just AWESOME. Food, service, facilites, cleanliness all was perfect! 6 of 5 stars :)”

“Highly recommended. The place is great and the staff are amazing. If you want to go with your family including kids and are looking for a place to relax look no further. Make sure you try different ways to secure a good deal but the place is a solid selection.”

“The hotel offered great activities, and the food was really good. However, unfortunately, the room let the experience down. There was a strong damp, musty smell, and the wall had extensive peeling paint and damaged plaster, with visible signs of possible water damage. As the shower was directly on the other side of the wall, I was concerned about potential water ingress or an underlying damp problem. It was disappointing to find the room in this condition, as I would expect a better standard...

“Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen. Speisen und Getränke sind von hoher Qualität und köstlich. Alle Hotelangestellten sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Concierge-Service arbeitet einwandfrei, kümmert sich um alle Anliegen und findet schnell Lösungen.”

“Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up...
