  • Working Vacation? Sunshine floods this airy unit in a triplex three blocks from the university, a block from the park, and twenty minutes walk to the stadium and sports complex. Modern updates, comfortable furnishings, and a stocked kitchen are sure to make your stay wonderfully pleasant. Outdoor living on the patio at the front of the house, with community laundry downstairs out the back. Warm in the winter, plenty of hot water, and window AC unit for the summer.

    Ergonomic dedicated office designed for your work away from home needs: two 55" wide electronic desks adjust from 28.3" tall for ergonomic work at your laptop to over 46" tall for standing. Standing pad in closet. Two luxurious desk chairs; one for big and tall, one for average adult, both recline and have pull-out footrests. Additional ROKU TV in the office compatible with screen casting from your laptop, either wirelessly or with the HDMI cord.

    Meditation Room: Office doubles as a relaxation space; find a yoga mat in the closet, set some ambient music on the TV, fill the fountain with water, and find your answers.

    ROKU TV in the living room, with guest setting, supplies all your streaming needs. WIFI is available and free. Curated selection of books and games.

    Modern loft-style kitchen is stocked with the tools you need to put together a delicious meal.

    Fans in the roomy bedrooms are perfect for white noise, comfy beds will lull you to sleep, sound machines will add the perfect touch of sleepy mood.

    We'll supply a starter pack of coffee and fixings. Two coffee makers are available; Keurig and drip coffee pot with metal mesh filter.

    Find fresh towels in the bathroom, along with several traveler sized luxury toiletries for emergencies. We supply several rolls of toilet paper; if more are needed, Safeway is a five minute drive and DoorDash is very dependable in Laramie!

    During the mild months of the year, enjoy outside time in the rocking chairs on the patio at the front of your unit.

    Minimal steps into your unit; once inside, all rooms are on the same level.
