Les + : les nombreux endroits pour se poser autour de l'hotel, la plage les services globaux, le petit dejeuner Les - : l'insonorisation inexistante notamment dans les chambre. On entend tout ! Le confort des lits / oreillers, cela meriterait d'etre revu. Television minuscule, non connectée. le buffet diner sans saveur.

The best beach is the one at the Dome Beach hotel, really! It is sandy beach, and the water is clean and warm! I liked it a lot! In addition, the hotel offers a nice food, and a big variety of dishes, including 3 a-la-cart restaurants.

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal car il est les pieds dans l'eau sur la magnifique plage de Makronissos (sable et mer turquoise ) Concernant le logement en lui-même, je suis mitigée car bien que le resort soit très propre et très bien entretenu; la nourriture est loin d'être digne d'un 4 étoiles: peu de choix pour les végétariens et de manière générale plats très répétitifs. Par ailleurs, je tiens à préciser que le personnel n’est pas accueillant ni souriant ce qui malheureusement ne m’a pas donné envie d’y revenir. Pour autant, j’ai passé un très beau séjour!

Nådde inte alls upp till förväntningarna. Bör inte klassas som 4-stjärnigt hotell. Gammalt, smutsigt och lyhört. Oprofessionell personal som skämtade bort vår oro kring branden i Lamissol.

The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!

We slept here for our first night, lovely

We got to the Hotel and it was closed, we had to sleep on the streets for one night. Even though your email said it was open it wasn't, we had to find another Hotel the following day. Me and my friend felt homeless. I will never book with you again Hotels.com,Dean Ayling and Ashley Gilbert.

Hotel has got a old dirty room. Food was cold and boring. Definitely what you would not expect from a 4 star hotel. I feel like we were ripped off and far too much euros to spend at a hotel like that. WON‘T BE BACK

Tolle Lage, Liegen am Strand inklusive (außer am Wochenende; super nervig)... Mitarbeiter im Gastronomiebereich richtig aufmerksam. An der Rezeption eher nur teilweise. Zimmer sind super alt und haben große Mängel, kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Essen war okay aber nicht der Burner. Überall Getränke leider in Plastikbecher, extreme Müllansammlung :( Aber die Lage und das Meer und der Strand machen echt viel wieder gut.

Hotel is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. The room service was not good at all and resulted in our complaint for uncleanliness and lack of towel replacement and bed making. The staff were all very well mannered and polite and were always smiling and willing to talk and assist. The hotel beach is awful in respect of the water. The sandy beach is very good but to get into the water you need to navigate vast areas of sharp rocks !! not at all conducive for such a location, The public beach just 100 yards away was far far superior.

Das Hotel ha keine 4 Sterne verdient, höchstens 3. Es ist sehr schmutzig, stinkt und vieles ist kaputt. Das Essen ist immer gleich und schmeckt nicht so toll. Auch wenig Auswahl. Live Cooking gab es überhaupt nicht, obwohl es überall steht, auch in der Broschüre, die man beim Check In erhält. Tresor und Badetücher Depotgebühren. Das wird einem beim Check in nicht gesagt, man merkt es erst, wenn man den Safe brauchen möchte. Wir haben am zweiten Tag das Zimmer gewechselt, da die Balkontür kaputt war, im neuen Zimmer dann aber auch wieder. Den gleichen Safeschlüssel konnten wir für beide Tresor nutzen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr unfreundlich, auch wenn mans nicht versteht, merkt man dass sie lästern. Das Personal sonst ist nett.

Ruoka oli ok, mutta välillä hyvin kylmää. Yleiset tilat siistissä kunnossa. Ensimmäinen huoneemme ei ollut sitä mitä oli varattu ja jouduimme soittamaan mm. Eebokers tukeen asiasta. 3h selvittelyjen jälkeen saimme toisen huoneen. Toisessa huoneessa jääkaappi oli rikki ja odotimme uutta yli vuorokauden, jouduimme soittamaan tästä useampaan otteeseen respaan. Huoneessaamme oli väliovi ja yhtenä yönä viereisestä huoneesta tuntematon mies ilmestyi huoneeseen sisään. Onneksemme hän pahoitteli suuresti tilannetta. Meille oli sanottu että ovesta on mahdoton kulkea. Oikeita lakanoita mm. Peitolle emme loppulomalla saaneet ollenkaan vaan se oli patentoitu aluslakanoilla. Myös hygienia välineitä jouduimme soittelemaan jokapäivä lisää. Allinclusive ei vastannut sitä mitä odotimme. Vain tietyt juomat, ruuat ja palvelut kuuluivat siihen ja se oli yllättävän rajattu. Mm. Vesipullot ei kuuluneet tähän. Henkilökunnassa oli muutama ystävällinen henkilö mutta myös sellaisia jotka eivät mm. Tervehtineet ollenkaan. Olen yhteydessä viellä tästä huoneeseen pääsystä yöllä. Se oli jopa pelottavaa.

Not a 4 star. 2.5-3 star at best. I would avoid.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star but is definitely more of a 3-star. Some parts of it were nice, but I found many other things done poorly, which detracted from the overall experience. We stayed for 6 nights on an all-inclusive package. We paid roughly 300 EUR per night, which was not good value. GOOD - Rooms were clean - Showers were good pressure and consistent hot water - The beach was never busy, and had some nice water. - Service overall in the hotel was nice, staff were friendly and proactive - Main pool was nice. BAD - We had all-inclusive, but they tried to charge us 2.50 EUR for a bottle of water to have in our room. They provided 1 bottle, and then you had to go to a single water refill station to refill everyday. The staff even said to not drink the tap water or use it for brushing teeth, usually in such places, the hotel provides bottled water. This was annoying, if we forgot at end of the night. - To rent towels, usually hotels provide a towel card to exchange, which if lost, then gets charged to your room for the missing towels. They provided a towel card where it stated this, but when we went to exchange it, they actually said the policy had changed and now required 20 EUR cash, which of course we didn't have on hand because we were staying at an all inclusive - Sunbeds for the hotels private beach are chargeable on weekends?! - The food was decent sometimes, pretty poor others. - There were just small upcharges for everything, which was annoying.

Trevlig och prisvärd resa. Kocken lagade särskilt vegetariskt. Fin buffé med variationer. Strandnära. Sköna sängar och fint poolområde. Stor gratis parkeringsplats. Lite off med en promenad på ca 500m till centrum. Mycket var stängt i november.

The hotel is nice, quite and the beach is very nice.It is great that you have tree restaurants to try a part from the buffet. The cleaning was sometimes not very gut. All together was a wonderful holiday
