“We had a wonderful 12 day stay. The cabin was very clean, and the neighborhood was beautiful; very wooded area. Cabin has all the amenities, even snacks and cold drinks in the fridge as a welcome touch. Plenty of brochures on area attractions are laid out. Very peaceful sitting on the swing in the screened in porch, listening to the brook down the hill. One thing to note, there are about 8 domestic geese in the area that you will hear from sunrise to sunset if you are on the porch. You...

“Very nice and helpful staff !! The place is so nice, with trees and nature in the surroundings. With BBQ area, resting places,... and area big enough for enjoying your stay here. Everything well decorated: inside the cottages and the outside area (tables, chairs, hammock, etc). Totally equiped kitchen with amenities for cooking. Clean. The only thing is that is quite near to the highway, but when you are in the cottage, this is not a problem. Even outside, you can't see it so for us it was not a...

“Very clean and fully equipped little cottage. Actually a mother-in-law suite adjacent to the primary residence. Very close parking just outside and a ramp if you need easy access. The cottage does not have a direct lake view however the property is on the water and we walked out to the dock. I even did a little casting to see if the Lake Norman fish had come out of their winter slumber.. but not quite yet. ”

“I want to give them a 10 out of 10 but the neighbors were so noisy! The neighbors stayed up partying until around midnight Saturday and Sunday. They were outside with loud music and screaming at each other. The house is the cutest place! The hosts were magnificent- we didn’t have hot water and it was fixed within the hour. I’d recommend it but just be aware if it’s a holiday weekend - the neighbors are very loud. ”
