Tucked away in Las Charcas de Azua, Villa Mercedes is located in Hatillo—a quiet, family-friendly area known for its peace, safety, and natural beauty. You’ll be surrounded by mountains, sunsets, and clean air, but still close to local spots for food, supplies, and gas.

The parking is private and located within the property for added convenience and security. The streets in the area are in excellent condition, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the entire community is well-connected, ensuring simple and efficient access.

Our maintenance team stops by 3 times a week to keep the pool and outdoor areas in great shape.
Everything is scheduled to ensure the villa stays in perfect condition for your stay
1. Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to keep things peaceful and respect the neighbors.
2. No smoking indoors: Feel free to use the outdoor areas if you need to smoke.
3. No parties without notice: Planning to have extra guests? Just let us know in advance.
4. Use responsibly: Turn off the A/C, lights, and pool system when not in use.
5. Used towels: Please place them in the baskets provided in each room.
6. Pets: Pets are welcome, but let us know ahead of time. Owners are responsible for any mess or damage.
7. Take care of the space: If something breaks or needs attention, let us know right away so we can fix it.
