Clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked home with garage for a car and Mountain View’s from the backyard. We were very comfortable here and check in and out were easy.

This was our second stay at this property. We love it! Clean, nice area, quiet and relaxing. Our dog loves playing fetch in the backyard and we loved the hot tub. We hope to stay here again sometime. Thank you.

Great quiet stay

The house wa in a great location and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved the house and it wa perfect for our weekend plans. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house! Super comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. Everything clean and all amenities well thought out. Hot tub was great and maintained weekly by the owners. Outdoor space very nice, minutes to bike trails. Located in newer part of Las Cruces but very easyTo get around. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Easy day trips to Elephant Butte, White Sands NP and Carlsbad Caverns as well as great restaurants and wineries. This house was a perfect way to enjoy Las Cruces!

Great Clean and Comfy Home!

We had a great time staying here for our first visit to Las Cruces. The view from the backyard and the driveway are awesome! Great location easy to get to all of the things we wanted to do and see. The house was super clean! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and great with communication, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really appreciated being able to extend our stay by one additional night. The 11 a.m. checkout was a nice bonus compared to the earlier times many places now have. The location was also excellent—set in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with great walking paths. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

This is a spacious, 3-bedroom home, in a fairly new subdivision on the west side of town. Clean and well-furnished kitchen, dining area and family room to accommodate the needs of guests staying from out-of-town. Although we didn't have time to use it, the backyard also featured a fire pit, hot tub, and cornhole game. We found this to be a very affordable alternative to staying in a hotel for our group of 5.

The host was very welcoming and this was our favorite place we stayed out of all the other 8 during this 27 day "dog vacation!" This brand new home was beautiful and so comfortable . We especially enjoyed the hot tub and Beau our dog loved playing soccer with his basketball in the backyard. We will definitely be returning to stay here in this wonderful VRBO again when our travels lead us back to Las Cruces again. We travel there quite often, so it won't be too terribly long until we book this fine place. We encourage others to stay here in this super neighborhood in this very delightful home.

Great place to stay

The property was in a great. Neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. A very large living area, nice furniture. Beautiful views of the mountains from the backyard and a great hot tub. Great place to stay, if we are ever in las cruces i will differently try to stay there again.

Beautiful and comfy home

The stay was overall amazing. I take blame for not realizing there wasnt a grill in the backyard. But, the firepit and hot tub were amazing features
