Hemos pasado en Casa Bella unos días maravillos. La casa preciosa y con muchos detalles. Han estado pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. Sin dudarlo volvería a ella.

Ben and I had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown. Lovely, well-placed, artistic touches compliment the open air plan and spacious rooms. The pool and surrounding property are delights to the senses. The surrounding shrubs and trees create a lush tropical paradise and hidden garden spaces. We loved being home and enjoyed the tranquility. Casa Bella is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Ben and I enjoyed daily walks for miles in both directions. The location is perfect and just a 15 minute drive into the bustling town of Las Terranas, where you will find well stocked supermarkets, small fruit and vegetable stands, and anything else the heart desires. Exploring Las Terranas is an exhilerating experience in itself. The property manager, Francini, is as professional as she is warm and welcoming. It was a pleasure to be in the company of Rumelly on her scheduled visits, during which she cleaned, organized and, ensured all was well stocked. I looked forward to our chats together. Any need or thought that I had was addressed without fail--seemingly before I mentioned it to either Ru or Francini. This team of women is a credit to the property owner. You will be in the best of hands at Casa Bella.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Casa Bella! Casa Bella was everything we hoped for and more. The home is exactly as advertised; it was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and perfectly maintained. We loved how central the location was. It was just a short walk to the beach (literally 1 minute), and only a quick drive to town (approx 10-15 minutes) to restaurants, and supermarkets. It made getting around Las Terrenas effortless.The beach itself was serene, quiet, and peaceful with gentle waves which was ideal for relaxing mornings and sunset walks. The private gated community added an extra level of comfort and safety, and everything felt calm and well-kept.Inside the villa, we had plenty of space, great air-conditioning, every other day cleaning and all the amenities we needed. The option to hire a chef was a huge plus even though we didn’t take advantage of it but having the option made our stay even more enjoyable.A special mention to the host, communication was excellent. They provided detailed directions, local tips, and were always available if needed. It made the entire experience smooth and stress free.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Casa Bella is truly a gem in Las Terrenas, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The house was great, clean and a quick walk to Playa Coson. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and family friendly. The only downside of the location is that it is a bit far from the restaurants/bars and the Playa Bonita boardwalk (You can get there by taxi, but not walking).

Wonderful holdliday

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bella! The place was exactly as advertised. It’s very close to the beach. All the communication went very smoothly. The owner quickly responded to all our questions and requests. The local manager was also extremely helpful and provided very quick assistance when needed. We also used the services of the local cook who made excellent dishes and was so friendly. The overall service is just amazing! We highly recommend this place that could be called “paradise on earth”!

Not really luxury

We arrived Casa Bella after a less than stellar ride from the airport with a recommended driver from the owner. His driving was a bit erratic and fast. We were relieved to have made it! We were met by the property manager Francini who was reaching out to the community manager because the neighbors were having a very loud karaoke party by their pool. It wasn’t the serene arrival that we had expected and it went on throughout the evening. Our rental information had said parties were not allowed.

Family Vacation

There was a total of 9 ppl in our group! The villa was perfect with for us! The bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. It also has a separate bungalow (Casita) with two (2) full size beds and bathroom. This was shared by our kids (ages 11-25). They enjoyed their own space. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The decor is welcoming and provides a tropical ambience. The pool is maintained, clean and good size. We spent a lot of time in the outside area/pool with enough seating to accommodate our group. One of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean- Playa Moron is 1 min walk. Talk about spectacular beach view and warm waters! Overall we enjoyed our time, and created memories that our family will cherish forever! Everyone was friendly and courteous. The whole process from check in to check out was smooth. We’ll definitely visit again!

Family Vacation

I would highly recommend Casa Bella! A beautiful home moments away from an amazing beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and accommodating. Our Chef Juan and his wife Lorraine were wonderful! We loved the food they prepared and enjoyed their company. Our housekeeper was also exceptional. We can’t wait till we come back next year!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

We adored our stay at Casa Bella! The home was spacious and comfortable. Loved how the home felt private but also with a neighborhood feel. The beaches and overall area are stunning. The recommended vendors (Chef Simon, Masseuse Yesenia) were just the best - warm, kind, professional, and provided the best service. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing time!! Beautiful Villa

Never had been to Dominicana. We decided to split the vacation between Villa and a Hyatt Resort. Well Villa won!! Wish we would have stayed there the whole time. We had a Chef come over and it was such a great dinner. Looking forward to returning. Staff was great. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Amazing everything!

Words cannot describe the feeling I had when we arrived at this beautiful villa. It is so lush, clean and well appointed. First of all, I contacted the recommended driver who picked us up at the airport and drove us straight to the doorway with no hassle whatsoever. Easy peasy! When we arrived I was struck by all the lush landscaping surrounding the property and pool affording perfect privacy. I felt we were in our own private jungle! The villa was spotless inside and out with fresh clean linens, beautiful bathrooms, comfortable living room (inside and out) 2 dining areas(one in and one out) and a well appointed kitchen. When it was time to go to the beach it took us less than 5 minute to stroll there along a beautiful pathway. The days we were there we only saw a few people on the beach and it was gorgeous! We had a private chef in one night for a romantic dinner, went into town for great food one night and another night we ordered awesome pizza delivered! I really cannot wait to return and stay longer at this A plus villa.

Beautiful villa, highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Bella. The weather was perfect so we spent many hours in the beautiful clear pool or lying on the loungers looking up at the palm trees, surrounded by great landscaping. The beach was a very short walk from the villa so we were able to run over late to catch the beautiful sunsets. Playa Coson is beautiful, scenic and unpopulated. Casa Bella gave us, a party of 8, plenty of space to relax and made us feel like we could stay forever. There are multiple comfortable seating and dining locations and the villa is impeccably decorated. We even used the side porch for a private massage! The staff answered every question we had and treated us like royalty. Special thanks to Janet, Sabine and Ruht for making us feel important! We can’t wait to come back!

Super amazing in Las Terrernas!!!

My family and I spent a beautiful 10 days in Casa Bella this past jan!!! We were a group of 10 and fit very comfortably in the house- putting the 3 teens in the casita and the rest of the crew in the main house. Our drive from SDQ was 2 hours we took a bus and we’re super pleased when the rental company that Sabine gave us delivered our car to the house- an amazing start to the vacation!! Ruht the housekeeper was way more than a house cleaner. We had the option of keeping her more hours and the price was amazing so we kept her on for the entire stay. She made life so easy for us and was so pleasant to be around- bringing us our fresh fruit every day!!! The house is a short 3 minute walk to the beach and wow what a magnificent beach it was!!!!! We did bring the lounges down the beach abs back up daily so we had somewhere to sit. A quiet and residental beach though so if you are looking for bars and hotels it’s either a 20 min walk on the beach to Playa Bonita or a 10 min drive in the car. The house was equipped with plenty of towels and a washer dryer if you need anything in a fix. Nothing to complain about this trip except the mosquitos and sand fleas. Spray yourself generously when going down the beach- these aren’t typical bites. But an INCREDIBLE trip regardless.

Perfect stay in Samana

Perfect!!! I cannot say enough about this vacation stay. I have rented many family vacation houses over many years and this is hands down one of the very best. The house is lovely—perfectly designed for indoor/outdoor ease, decorated thoughtfully with serene colors and plenty of comfortable seating. We loved the outside dining and especially the wonderful landscaping. We hired Chef Simon who was fabulous and one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time; the arrangements and communication were perfect, and the location is superb: Out the door past one house and you are looking down a sand walkway to a glorious stretch of nearly empty beach. Walk to the west and you go around a point to a gloriously beautiful mostly empty wide open beach; to the east you walk around Cap Bonita (spectacular) and on to a more developed beach which is still utterly beautiful but has restaurants and charming old hotels. We are not “big hotel on the beach” people and only hope that Las Terrenas stays free of monstrous huge resorts as it is a perfect beach town as it is. The development this villa is in is nicely landscaped, feels totally secure and yet relaxed. We couldn’t have had a better time and will be back!
