The unit was exactly as pictured and described, and the host was clear and prompt in all communication. Every major need was taken into consideration and handled well: comfort, temperature, lighting, and security. All that, and the room was centrally located near artery streets and highways, for ease of travel. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is our third time staying at this property. What keeps drawing us back is that the property is kept extremely clean even though pets, including ours, are allowed and the place is very private. Also, the property’s location is close by the strip and many very decent restaurants and other amenities. As I firmly believe that if something isn’t broken it shouldn’t need fixing, we are likely to continue coming back to this property whenever the need arises versus looking for another.

Cute little place that fit all our needs. Heat and AC worked well, we needed both. There is seperate heat in the bathroom which was very nice. Loved that there are nightlights! Electric stove worked great!

Pet friendly Vegas set up not too far from places you’d want to go. A couple cons worth noting: Limited kitchen set up and a not ideal scent (overpowering cleaner smell, persistent smell in bathroom)

My daughter and I stayed there while in town for a softball tournament. The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, quiet, had plenty of amenities close by, and was priced great. The only issue I found was the height of the shower head, but being well over 6' tall, that's a problem I have just about everywhere. It's definitely not something that would keep me from staying here again. The host may be the best communicating host I've had so far too.

Parking was on-site and under-cover. Host was communicative and flexible. Location was great for the reason we came to town (Sphere!). We had no issues. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Property was clean and spacious. Check in was easy. Host was very responsive. The swinging bed was a little much for me, but they also have it where you can ground it. The only problem with grounding it was that the bed creaked terribly every time someone rolled over. Nice place though!

Top-notch hospitality, excellent location, clean and modern place to stay!Whether your main interest is gambling, business, or going to some event etc, this is a perfect location to stay for any occasion!I stayed here to go to the event that took place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and it was about 20 minutes drive.Las Vegas strip is about 20 minutes or less, and there are all types of grocery stores, restaurants and other shops within 5-15 minutes drive, which is extremely convenient!The place was very clean and I loved the modern design. Bathroom and living room were spacious. They offer everything that you need in a kitchen - plates, cups, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, electronic stovetop and a big sink.I felt very comfortable staying at the place.More than anything, the owner of this place went out of their ways to make sure that I was comfortable staying there.When there was a power outage one day due to the city’s problem, they offered me to utilize a free standing fan while I could not run the A/C (fortunately I didn’t need it because I was out at the event pretty much all day though.)Also, I accidentally left my favorite shirt at the place and the owner kindly shipped it back to my house!!!!!!Their hospitality and kindness really touched me and I couldn’t be thank them enough. I would highly recommend this place for anyone at anytime and I will definitely be staying there when I go back to Vegas!

The overall value was excellent. The property is exceptionally clean--it smells like fabric softener when you walk in. The floor plan was spacious for a studio. Efficient air conditioning and ceiling fan made for perfect climate control. Bed was comfortable (I brought my own pillows and fluffy blanket; that's just me). The bathroom and kitchenette were well-appointed. Free Wifi and streaming were a nice bonus! This is not the most high-end locale in Las Vegas; it's a convenient, suburban neighborhood. It was nice to have a covered parking space in a private driveway. The unit is easy to access through the side gate and feels private and safe. It was quiet and hassle-free. Overall, great value! Would gladly return.

AMAZING HOST!

Everything was exactly as they said. We needed to extend our days because we became very ill and they accommodated us. They brought us water, coffee and fruits. They showed concern for us out of towners, which was very nice. These people are not only excellent hosts but they're excellent people.. we would stay there again.

Clean and Easy rental

Overall, we had no issues with our stay. The studio was clean and charming once inside. Location was not as close as we had in mind for our needs, but still fine. House on a busy street in an older neighborhood-but for an easy in and out stay, I would recommend.
