100% will stay here again! Great location that is centrally located to attractions and the strip. The pool and hot tub were a treat for our December stay. The pool was having maintenance the first day so the cold water made the hot tub even more enjoyable. The condo itself was very clean and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and the linens were soft. The kitchen is well stocked, including some spices and herbs. The laundry room was also well stocked and included laundry baskets. The security staff are great and added an extra layer of peace of mind for our late night returns to the facility. The host is amazing! The communication before and during our stay was exceptional.

This a top notch condo. Comfortable and clean. Check in without a hitch and a couple people used the gym. We would have used one of the pools if we stayed longer. Thank you for providing water. And such quick response to questions. I felt very well taken care of.

Fantastic location and lovely space

The location is super convenient to the strip while staying away from the craziness of it. The unit is literally right next to the pool that has shallow areas perfect for our littles. The complex is in a gated community with actual security guards so we felt very safe. Neighbors were pretty loud late at night, but sound wasn’t terrible inside the unit - that’s no fault of the host and par for the course in a complex like this. The gym was easy to get to and had free weights (and some machines were definitely in need of updating). We used it and the pool everyday. Loved the blackout curtains and access to a washer and dryer. Kitchen was very well stocked. Had a couple relatively minor issues come up and Nicholas was prompt to address them. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Easy bus to strip with kitchen!

We had a great stay here. Kitchen had pots and pans plus cooking utensils and knives. This was very useful for us, as we have complex dietary challenges. Couches were very comfy, with plenty of seating for all of us. Beds were comfortable, with extra pillows available in the closets. Bright lights outside window were well blocked by the blinds. TVs in living room and most (all?) bedrooms. Occasional noise from neighbors or pool, but generally not an issue. Washing detergent included All Free and Clear, which was a big help as I am fragrance-sensitive. I can bring my own hand soap on the plane, but not my own detergent! (Of course the strip is full of fragrances, but being able to retire somewhere low-fragrance is really helpful)The bus stop to get to the strip was a leisurely ten minute walk from the apartment, and the bus stop to the International district was a five minute walk. There was plenty of parking available as well, and we did rent a car for the second half of our trip. We were consistently able to park right next to our building.For anyone else visiting with teens / preteens: We loved visiting Omega Mart - but go early during school breaks and get the portal pass so you can leave if it gets crowded and try again on another day. The LINQ Flyover was really fun, and definitely catch the Bellagio fountain show both during the day and the night! If you have a car, driving the scenic loop around Red Rock is gorgeous.

Nice quiet spot for a bigger group to stay close to the strip

Our group of friends doing a few nights in Vegas really enjoyed out stay here. The place was clean and spacious and well stocked, and use of the heated pool was a bonus. 20 mins cab to the airport and 10 to the Strip. Could also just walk across the road to the Rio and Golden Nugget. Lots of food and basic grocery options nearby. Nicholas was quick to answer any questions we had. Would happily come back.

Family sports trip

Everything was wonderful except for the confusion at check in. We were given the wrong suite and almost ended up checking into a hotel. After reaching the host in the middle of the night everything was resolved and the rest of our stay was great.

Great spot & location.

We had a great time in vegas staying here. Nicholas was very easy to get ahold of when we needed him. This is a great location only minutes off the strip.
