Enjoyed the quietness and comfort of this condo. Loved walking out on the balcony to see the views. The bed was super comfortable and really enjoyed the spa tub after walking the strip all day.

A Las Vegas Gem!

We have been to Vegas many times and stayed at various hotels, but 'Signature at MGM Grand' is our new favorite! Stayed in room #32802 and it was just perfect. Location, just off the strip, was ideal! Property felt very secluded, it was quiet, staff was very friendly. Valet parking was easy and fast - so nice that it was included (we always had cash for a tip.) Room was clean, nicely furnished - we loved the balcony! Bathrooms both very nice - plenty of towels (we appreciated that there were two!) Water pressure in showers very good - vent fans worked well. Toilet paper, hand soap, and shower products provided, but no tissues so bring your own. Mattress on king bed was very comfy (pillows a little flat.) Extra blanket/pillow in the closet. Really liked that there was a separate AC for the bedroom! It worked great - kept the room nice and cool for sleeping (we slept very well!) Plus you can set the AC fan to high and it will run continuously all night, so we never heard any noise from the airport or from our floor. Breakfast buffet at main hotel was delicious and we didn't mind the walk. Only complaints: Ice machines in hallways not working - had no ice until we turned on freezer ice-maker. Had to close balcony doors one night because of a rude person smoking weed (in a non-smoking building!) Left very early in the morning for airport and had to go to tower 2 to get our car (we were not told this.) Overall 5 stars - we will definitely stay again! Thank you!:)

A wonderful getaway !

This property was spectacular! The location was very convenient and a plus we could walk inside to the MGM Grand . The suite was spotless , extremely clean and the views were spectacular from the balcony . We definitely will stay here again and have already shared this property with friends who are planning a trip. The check in process was a breeze and everything was great !

Really enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Signature. The room was amazing and we will definitely book with you again. The only complaint (for lack of a better term) was the TV in the living room did not work. I did email about that and did not get a response.

Best condo ever right off the strip connected to MGM Grand through an enclosed walkway!!

My husband and I travel frequently, and we felt like the MGM Grand Signatures gated condo buildings are a FIVE star! The condo unit we were in on the 32nd floor in tower three was a FIRST class experience! We are so thrilled that we chose this condo unit! Everything in the description of the condo was exactly as stated! Some of the things that I would like to point out about this condo unit: It is an end unit with stunning views from the large living room private balcony, with a view looking out to the airport, the strip, Top Golf, etc. Two different floor to ceiling window views from the bedroom. High quality and very comfortable furnishings. Large dining table. Loved the tile and carpeted floors. Loved having three TV's, in the living room, bedroom and bathroom. Three telephones, in the kitchen, bedroom and toilet room. Plenty of linens and lots of drawers to put your items in! Plenty of lighting and wall outlets. Two bedroom closets with a safe, two luggage racks, iron and board. Loved the kitchen appliances, and it was great to have an ice maker in the freezer that made lots of ice. Separate thermostats in the living room and the bedroom. Loved the huge Jacuzzi tub in the large master bathroom. Large walk in showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Large toilet room in the master bathroom with a three tiered tray table. Two large separate vanities in the master bathroom with one of them having a lighted makeup mirror and stool. Really loved that there is double doors to the individual condo unit and the neighboring condo that you can close off from the main hallway, therefore creating double privacy and security. There is a touch panel for “Do not disturb” and “Housekeeping” plus a doorbell! It was great having free valet parking and access to all the pools at MGM Grand and the Signatures with no resort fee! The condo owner was quick to respond when texting him about anything before and during our stay. We stayed here as a Mother's Day treat, and every time we come to Las Vegas from now on, we will only want to stay at this wonderful condo unit!
