Unidad de condominio completamente remodelado en la hermosa Summerlin. Cerca de restaurantes, parques, tiendas, campos de golf y senderos para caminar / trotar. Idealmente ubicado a solo 15 minutos de toda la emoción de la franja. Viaje de 10 minutos a caminatas en Red Rock National Conservation. Lo mejor de todos los mundos. El condominio es una unidad a nivel del suelo con dos camas tamaño queen y ofrece, WIFI, cable con 3 televisores de pantalla grande, patio al aire libre, piscina al aire libre / jacuzzi (tenga en cuenta que la piscina está abierta del 1 de abril al 1 de noviembre), estacionamiento asignado, caminar a restaurantes y bares. Condominio muy limpio con encimeras de granito nuevas, gabinetes nuevos, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y lavadora y secadora. Hermosa chimenea de leña real para la comodidad. Lugar tranquilo y sereno. Esta es una unidad libre de humo / mascotas. Se permite fumar en el patio.

Aside from our initial trouble getting in (which was my fault) everything was so beautiful and clean. The complex it is in is very nice too. I walked around it. I would recommend written instructional for the TVs. Between the three remotes (complicated) we were lucky to find a few programs we like. So, thank you for the great accommodations and we will refer your place to friends.

The condo is exactly as listed! Kim was such a gracious and attentive host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Felt much more comfortable and relaxed there rather than a hotel!! We didn’t want for anything! We have family in Vegas so we will be booking with Kim again!!

As expected everything was fist class that’s why we chose to stay there a second time super easy entry code to unit which was welcome arriving late at night after a east to west coast trip this will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Vegas

We were in town for a wedding. The location was central to everything. I liked that it had reserved parking close to the unit at the front on the complex. It’s located in a quiet community. The beds we’re comfortable and the unit was clean.

The location was perfect. We loved being in Summerlin and using the condo as a home-base for our week of visiting state parks and national parks for hiking and astrophotography. However, on night three when I needed to do laundry, I was surprised to find the sheets from the prior guests still in the dryer. I folded the sheets and put them in the linen closet. Not a big deal. I just wish the cleaners had finished this before we arrived. Communication with Kim was great. The condo was very well kept and nicely equipped.

The apartment was great friendly neighbors nice pool and location Specially, the first bedroom bed is very noisy when you move, the second bathroom shower door won't stay closed when wet, no dishwasher tabs, and a too small coffee pot. With the exception of the bed frame, the rest is just nitpicking. I stay in a lot of Vrbo and universally this was great Thank you

The Condo exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and close to our daughter’s apartment. My daughter had school two of the days we were there so those were our pool days. We had a great time meeting the neighbors and hanging out with them all day. There was a community get together last night that they invited us to, but we had other plans. Just so nice and welcoming…lots of laughs and relaxing poolside with our new friends .The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans, bottle opener,, cutting board etc…we went grocery shopping and were all set for our pool days where we would be on the property all day without a car. I loved having a washer and dryer there too!We just left about an hour ago and I already miss it! We had a great time and were able to relax in a home away from home.We are already talking about coming back! Thank you!

This condo in Summerlin was a great place for us to stay in. The location couldn"t have been better. The condo was exceptionally clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Our stay felt like we were at home. The owners were prompt and kind to answer any questions we had. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We highly recommend this property.

Great condo in a great location. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed for a great visit. Kim did a great job communicating and was a great host. We will definitely use the condo again when we are back in town visiting our son and his family.
