The property was fine, it was not as fresh as the pictures and I felt that the floors and pool were dirty. My feet were black from walking inside the house and I didn't use the pool because it was green. For the price, I expected more. Everything else provided was satisfactory.

Great location

The vacation home was spotlessly clean with lots of space for 5 adults. The beds were super comfy. Well stocked kitchen with all utensils and condiments. Great communication with Jia.The pool could do with a little bit of attention but didnt' spoil our use if it . Would definitely recommend

Great location

The home is located within 15 minutes of most attractions and shopping needs. It's located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for six adults. The home is somewhat dated but kept clean and the appliances and bathrooms have been updated. The only downside was that the pool was poorly maintained. One of reasons i rented this home was because of the pool and it was so neglected that I couldn't swim in it.

Great place

It was a big space to accommodate our party of 5. Close enough to the strip (recommend taking taxi and not uber). They had lots of essentials available which was nice. Also available is shampoo, conditioner and even pods to do laundry. We were thankful as we had forgot a pod, we did one load and it was very much appreciated.

Great Vegas spot

Nice home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Minutes to decent restaurants, and an easy 10 minute ride to the Strip. Owner was friendly and accomodative. Great place to stay if you want the Vegas experience but don't want to stay on the Strip.

Great place in Vegas!!

This was such a great place for our family in Las Vegas for a Thanksgiving holiday. We went for our daughter’s basketball tournament, and we were even able to bring our dog. :-) Everything felt new and clean. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we were surprised how much we enjoyed the shuffle board table! Communication was helpful and easy, and we won’t hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Perfect Las Vegas vacation home

Jia’s home is beautiful, well equipped and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The internet was fast and reliable (one person had to work a few days). The pool was refreshing in the 100 degree temps. The location was very convenient to the strip, airport and even Red Rock Canyon. Of all the places to stay in Vegas, we were very pleased with our choice! If we ever make it back we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect, Clean, Convenient!

We had a great stay in this Chinatown rental. It was very clean, and very well-stocked. Jai was easy to communicate with, polite, and helpful. The location is an easy drive or Uber to the strip, but far enough away to have less expensive restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

Simply amazing!

Jia is the absolute best host I have EVER had the pleasure working with. From the checkin process to the responsiveness and even going above and beyond to ensure we were able to watch the Chiefs vs. Raiders game at the house ( GO CHIEFS!), everything was simply amazing. The house was immaculate and spacious for our party of 5 and the gift basket was a nice touch. My husband and nieces enjoyed the shuffle board. Some reviews commented on the house being located off a busy street but DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT let that stop you from booking this Las Vegas gem. We had no issue with regard to the house being off a busy street, in fact, it made the living location that much more convenient!! This house is close to everything…..just minutes to the strip, restaurants, shopping, you name it! We will definitely book again when the weather is warm to enjoy the pool. 5 Stars all around! Thank you again Jia! I recommend you teach classes on how to host with perfection.

Amazing owners! They took care of our every need. How could anyone ask for more?

It’s rare you find such reliable and delightful owners of a VRBO property.I’m not saying anything negative about VRBO properties, I’m saying these owners are outstanding. I sent a text to the owner to let him know the kitchen needed a few things, like kitchen towels and oven mitts. I barely finished the text and presto!!! The items were waiting for us at the front door. Now that’s caring service! He also includes a gift of honey turmeric tea. Make your reservations soon before too many potential guests find this home and especially the owners.

Overall great stay!

I would have liked to know the property sits on a busy street, because you can’t tell from the location on the map on VRBO. However, the house was beautifully remodeled and has everything you need for a nice stay. It is also very centrally located which was ideal since we were there for a baseball tournament.
