  • Welcome Cheerful Home!! Home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and LAS airport, with quick freeway access to go anywhere in town.

    5 miles to the Strip
    5 miles to Allegiant Stadium
    7 miles to the LAS airport
    7 miles to Las Vegas Convention Center
    5 min from Walmart, Sam`s Club, Sprouts, Target, Albertsons ,China Town and a lot of restaurants, fast foods...
    5 min walk to the large park with kids playground...

    This is beautiful 3 bedroom,2.5 bathroom 2 story house with Amazing POOL(heated by Vegas sunshine :) !!!

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood and close to attractions. Arthur responded very quickly to any questions I asked The property was very clean and as described in the listing. I would definitely stay again and recommend this to others.

Exceed our expectations! Great house and great host! Beautiful pool! Close to several parks so my morning jogs were great! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed and loved our stay.

My family and I loved staying here although the Pool was a bit dirty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and definetly Would stay here again in future ocasions.
