Good location, walkable to the Strip but peaceful enough to be able to relax after a long day of activities. Hosts gave clear instructions for check in and hotel staff were friendly. Our only issue, which was beyond the control of our hosts, is that there was some renovation work happening, the pool was out of use in our block and the block next door. Would stay again.

We had a fantastic time ! The Ackerman's are great hosts! We REALLY enjoyed having the space! The fireplace and balacony were especially wonderful. Super easy to get a taxi or uber for a short ride to the strip. We were super lucky to get a Sphere view, 2nd floor unit. So COOL to watch it. Nice walk for the Eagles show! We had a great time exploring the 13 Mile Drive in Red Rock Canyon. We had a rental car, the fantastic scenery on the drive is well worth a visit. It took us about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. We've been to Vegas many times and this was the best trip ever! We are not gamblers so really enjoyed this resort and outdoor spaces. There were people in the pool in February!! The weather was PERFECT!

Great location and amenities.

Super easy check into. Great location next to the Sphere and only a quick walk to the strip and plenty of things to see, do and eat. Nice pools for adults and kids. Will stay here if I can when I go back to Vegas.

Wonderful Location & well maintained property

We came for a long weekend with my daughter and her fiancé. The location was an easy walk to the strip. The kitchen has all the basics for us to prepare breakfast and small meals. We felt very safe with the security at the entrance gate too. Wonderful stay and we will return again ! Thank you !

Perfect

We were in town for 12 nights prepping for a competition. The kitchen was perfect meaning we were not at the mercy of the food at the strip. Jerry our host, was sensational getting us organised in a room for that length of time. We had great access to the facilities and walking access to the strip. Ubers were only ever a couple of minutes away. Two bathrooms. Great support from the desk and maintenance. We could not have hoped for any more. Overall we cannot recommend Jerry and this accomodation any more highly.

As the Ackerman's know, I didn't go. I passed the reservation on to friends, and they did enjoy their stay. Said the cleaning needs a bit of work but otherwise all went well.

0.5 miles to the strip

Perfect location, about 0.5 miles from strip. Koval street does have a homeless presence, but I never felt unsafe, even walking in the wee hours of the morning. Some renovations were being done to the pools and hot tubs during our stay, but there were plenty to choose from. The check in process was ok; they try to heavily suggest and sign up for a timeshare presentation for another day. After getting in late, was the last thing I wanted to do. They charge $30 to cancel the presentation. The apartment style hotel rooms were nice and it was convenient to have a full size fridge, microwave, oven. Loved the two separate rooms for sleeping and privacy.

Nice place in a great location

Condo is in a great location for ease in running around Las Vegas. The condo was comfortable and felt secure. We did not use any of the pools or hot tubs, but they looked well maintained. The work out room was very nice. In addition, a great nights sleep was easy to obtain - the beds are super comfortable and the facility is very quiet!

LOVE! LOVE! 20 stars say my children!!

Perfect accommodations and location. Close enough to all the action & Venetian for my daughter’s dance competition but still had the quietness we needed off the strip. When in Vegas we will always stay here in the future.

Great Location

This is a great place to stay and even better location. We were able to walk to the strip and Uber easily to other locations. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and cozy. Great communication with owners. Only issue was being told check-in was at 4:00 and having to wait almost three hours to be told our room was ready. After driving six hours, that was not a fun wait. Other than that, all was well and I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location

Just a few minutes from the strip made the location perfect. It was not very busy and lots of room at the pool. The property feel wasn’t a Las Vegas feel, which was a good thing. You could relax and refresh for the next adventure to the strip or downtown. We didn’t have a car, so the shuttle was a great surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo for a family.

Very clean, comfortable condo and only a 10 minute walk to the strip. Loved the conveniences of home.....full kitchen, washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms! Would definitely stay here if we head to Vegas again.

Great condo off the strip!

We had a great time in this 2 bedroom condo. Nice pools(open late), clean rooms, and the restaurant prices were very reasonable. A quick 5 minute Uber gets you on the strip. Great place to stay!

Great ‘off the strip location’ and room

If you don’t mind being off the strip, on one block, then this is the place. Directly behind the Linq and High roller it is central to all ‘strip locations, with shuttles to Tropicana/MGM, Treaure Island and Fremont St. Our rooms were spacious and had separate bathrooms.

Great Location, Clean, Everything as Advertised!

We were really pleased -- check in was easy, directions were clear. The location cannot be beat -- 10 minute walk from the Strip but quiet. Nice facilities and the apartment was fantastic -- comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and nice common area.

Location is good, not too far to walk to the strip. I really appreciated having a full size refrigerator. The bed was quite comfortable. The pools were also nice. Quick check in process.
