The host was great at communicating the check-in procedures. The only problem was the upstairs door was not updated with the new entry code.

Property and host were great; however, check-in leaves a little to be desired when you don't get check-in details until just before check-in on the day of. Parking is also not the best. Not a big fan of the city council of Henderson. It's like one big, overly aggressive HOA run amok with all their rules.

Good spot for a golf vacation in Henderson.

Played golf ovef 4 days. Several urses in and around Henderson. The unit itself is weell kept, spacious and directly across from a market.Five or more restaurants are on a pededtrian walk that leads to the Casino. Ocoursethelake is nice too

Amazing location!

Lots of space. The village outside is awesome. Walk just steps to grocery store, restaurants, and ice cream shop. Washer not on site, but likely available at adjacent hotel. 30 min drive to strip without traffic. Less than 20 min to Meade national park. Site manager was very responsive via texts.

Awesome get-away location!

This was an awesome getaway! The only thing I would change is a shower caddy in each shower. There was no place to put soaps, shampoo, etc. Loved the feel of this village & having restaurants, bars & shopping within walking distance.

Bad timing

We’ll start with a couple of small issues, 1st one set of towels for each bathroom, 2nd scarcely stocked kitchen items. This is not the owners fault however we had two full days of construction (very loud) directly outside the front door as in jackhammers and a vac truck running at full RPM all day. It was so loud we received several auto warnings via text that we as guests were were exceeding the noise level inside the house.

Casita

The Casita was great and served us and family well. Three couples. Plenty of space for all of us for five nights. The upstairs a/c was not working well at the time. Good eates in the village but not much else to do. The kitchen at the Casita was stocked decent enough even two kinds of coffee makers

Comfortable casita

This is a comfortable casita. Needs some updating and love - for example - more kitchen utensils, baseboard in downstairs bedroom needs repair, chest of drawers in every bedroom, replace burned out light bulbs, more comfortable seating in living room, and additional blankets. A lot of communication with owner and property manager. Very responsive!

This house needs some love

Comfortable beds, large rooms, and there was enough space overall, but it was under-furnished and needed some things replaced. The living room had a couch and 2 chairs, but the space could definitely accomodate more furniture comfortably. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days, (which we needed very badly) and communicating with the property mgr about it was time consuming and frustrating. Eventually it came on, which was nice. Window blinds missing their rods to open/close. Kitchen didn't have dishes, cups, etc. for 8 people, which is what the house sleeps. Showers had no shelves to put soap,shampoo etc. on, so thos items ended up on the floor of the shower. The outdoor furniture was old, tired and uncomfortable. Cushions were ripped and needed replacing. Additional furniture to sit on outside would have been nice. The front door keypad didn’t work properly and the door looked like it had been kicked and abused. The whole lower patio area needed cleaning and painting. We love the location and size of the unit, and we would definitely stay there again, but this place has so much more potential with just some TLC.

Gorgeous Get Away

We had a wonderful stay. The Casita was perfect for us in every way. We were celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary and everyone really enjoyed themselves. The house was great and the pool is amazing. Easy access to the village is right out your front door and the pool is merely steps away. The rooftop was a great place to have meals in the evening (but there is an indoor dining table too) and the front deck was a great place to have coffee in the morning. We never did find out where we were supposed to dump our trash even after contacting the host a few times but everything else was as smooth as could be. Please note that if you plan on cooking you do need to bring oil, spices, etc. There is a bare minimum of cookware and not much else. Mind you this is in no way a criticism of the property just information for future guests. Fabulous stay all in all! Thank you so much!

This rental worked well for our group of 5 adults. Plenty of room, and property is as described. Only issues for us were no laundry in the unit and cookware has seen better days. These are not deal breakers to us & would rent again. The market next door is convenient and well stocked. We don’t visit LV for the gambling but prefer to avoid the strip and downtown area. LLV is a good option for those like us

Perfect in every way

First time staying at Lake Las Vegas and we were blown away. The accomodations were as described and lovely in a wonderful location. The Italian village vibe was remarkable and magical. Condo was big, clean and stocked well enough. We only wish there was more inside comfortable seating. A map of the area would be helpful with easier instructions to navigate to pool, garbage, laundry etc. Communication was great and even gave us a late checkout. We enjoyed every second of this vacation and quiet relaxing at this condo. The swimming pools and hot tub are amazing. Store near by and restaurants too. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Daughter's Wedding

We had the rehearsal dinner here for the wedding and it worked out well. Food was catered from the mexican restaurant in the village called Sunrisa and carted over. The convenience of having a three bedroom place with two on the main floor and one upstairs was great. Several things were problematic but none of them major. The problem with the front door lock necessitated just keeping the door unlocked after the first day. The master bathroom faucet had a very slow leak that constantly kept our toilettree supplies wet on the bottom. The blinds throughout the condo are difficult to operate because most don't have a wand to operate them, I had read about that in a previous review of this location. Location is certainly the major advantage of this property, especially if you are having a function at the Hilton Hotel there. In general things could be maintenanced better, one of the lower cabinet doors below the kitchen sink is off one of its hinges, several of the blinds just can't be opened. Their toaster is the cheapest one you can find, not good for fat bagels lol. The coffee maker works but is of the same quality. We did not use the Keurig coffee maker. The beds and towels were good, as was the TV and internet service. Overall we had a good stay.

Great location, property and communications needs some work

On the whole, a good experience. The property was generally clean, beds slept well and room for everyone in our party. It’s an aging property in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. Check in and communication process is tough. Directions on location are very vague as are the directions for the pool and garbage chutes. You should probably rethink your communication process with your clients. It’s okay to give codes via text, but trying to share that information with others in your group becomes very problematic. A well worded email with a couple of very simple maps couple have moved this review into the high 4 star area. Basic appliances…a water picture would have been nice. Make sure you take/bring everything! No basics in the kitchen at all. Will probably stay again because of the convenience to family in the area and a good size for our group.

Excellent Location

Lake Mead only 20 mins away, park your boat in a slip and stay in a Great location near grocery store and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Peaceful and quiet at night.

Spring Break for the family

We had a great time at the resort. The accommodations were nice, the location was quiet and the lake and surrounding were beautiful. The location was perfect, away from all the tourists, yet close enough for us to go into the strip for a show, and a trip to Hoover Dam. IT was too early for water activities, but it was nice to have the restaurants and shops on site. We didn't have any problem parking and a short walk to the condo. The condo was somewhat dated and lacking in a few things / repairs that would have been nice. The kitchen needed a cutting board / a pitcher, and a dish rag / sponge. Maybe a spare blanket or two. The outdoor seating could use a cushion or lounge chair, and a few of the blinds were broken and could not be opened. These items didn't stop us from having a great time, as the accommodations were spacious, and beds were comfortable.
