This house was just perfect! Lots of room with the 5 bedrooms and all were spacious. The bedding and furniture was great! It was SPOTLESS!!! The barnyard is so cozy with the covered patio. The pool and spa were perfect heated.Pay the extra money and get it heated!!! Host included many little nice amenities like water, dental kits, soaps, etc. I will be back!!

We had a great stay. There were 10 of us and because of the layout of the house we all had plenty of space. All rooms were clean and well maintained. Ping was friendly and quick to respond when needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Super location and great pool / hot tub area were the highlights of this house. Lots of stairs so if you have a member of your party in a wheelchair this wouldn’t be a good spot for you. We would book again!

Fun place to stay near the strip

We had a great time. The home had plenty of spaces to spread out. The outdoor area was great fun (especially the pool and hot tub). Everything really was great and the owners were very quick to respond to questions, etc. The only downsides were the brand new nice outdoor grill had a leaky supply hose which caught on fire when we tried to light the stove and the house doesn't heat super evenly (while some rooms are very hot others are cold). Also, one bathroom door upstairs was kind of sticky. Really these were minor concerns and everything else about the house was really fun!

Perfect spot for a family gathering

Hosts were wonderful and responsive. The property was clean and spacious. Pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature for the season and the hot tub was heavenly. Pool was a little smaller than it appeared in the photo but it was perfect since we had a few smaller kids with us who appreciated the shallow end and wide steps.

PERFECT Vegas hideaway for the family!

I had a week long business trip in Vegas and we decided to turn it into a mini family meet up. It was myself, my husband, my 3 kids (15, 10, &7), my sister, her 3 kids (16, 15 & 9), and our mom. We felt immediately comfortable in the home, spent everyday in the pool, and enjoyed having the space to enjoy the week comfortably. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more! If you stay here, USE THE GRILL! It is incredible! Thank you Ping, we look forward to staying at your property again!

10 people great house. There should be a handrail to the pool and hot tub. Also replace the area rug in living room. It doesn’t lay flat, trip hazard. Overall great time host was responsive

Wonderful oasis in Vegas.

Great place exactly as advertised. Lots of space. Pool area very relaxing. Bdrms, upstairs family room and dining room were updated, snicely furnished and comfortable and bathrooms updated. Kitchen and lower family room could use a little upgrading, but great for price and still very nice with unique appointments. Property manager was responsive, helpful and communicative. All in all a great space I’d recommend if wanting home amenities off the strip.

A fun room to stay

Very clean. The backyard is decorated with exotic touche. The landlord was very communicative and recovered from the problem quickl. Just that one of the bathroom is not inside the room. It would be great to be able to access the bathroom from inside of the gest room.
