The Space:

• 𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: Situated on the Las Vegas Strip, within walking distance of major attractions. Signature is connected to MGM Grand so you have the perfect combination of walking indoors to the hotel/casino or staying on the quieter side in tower 3.

• 𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖: Floor-to-ceiling windows offering an uninterrupted view of the Las Vegas Strip and Sphere.

• 𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒: A fully equipped kitchen, modern furnishings, high-speed internet, and a cozy BALCONY. 2 pools to choose from on the Signature side, as well as access to all MGM pools which include a lazy river and a new adults only Palm Tree Beach Club.

• 𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦: 2 fully equipped gyms to choose from in Signature Towers 1 and 3. These have everything you need, but you also have access to MGM’s workout facility as well. And if you miss having a spin bike on the road we have a PELOTON bike ready for you located right in your room!

• 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬: Experience ultimate relaxation with our in-room In-Far-Infrared Wooden Sauna Cabana. Unlike traditional rock/steam saunas that heat the air to extreme temperatures, infrared carbon panels directly heat the body at a comfortable, soothing temperature (typically 110°F–130°F) to promote deep muscle recovery and circulation. You also have access to foam rollers, stretching areas, Jacuzzis in all pool areas, and premium MGM spa services (available for a fee).

• 𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: For those feeling sporty or competitive but not necessarily in the mood for gambling, head next door to the TOP GOLF on site, the only Top Golf that even has its on pool on the 3rd floor.

• 𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚: Enjoy a fleet of restaurants within the MGM Resort, everything from fine dining to all you can eat buffets. Or head to the endless options on the strip within walking distance.

Guest Access:

You will be staying in a suite at the Signature at MGM Grand Tower 3 so you will have access to all amenities at the Signature Hotel.

Please note that one supply closet in the suite is kept locked for housekeeping inventory. Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to all primary closets, dressers, and living spaces throughout the unit.



𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠-𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐤: For stays of 7 nights or longer, enjoy free access to the convenient self-service laundry facilities (located on the lobby floor). Please request your access key from the front desk



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car as there is complimentary valet parking. Self Parking is available at MGM Grand but is a 10 min walk to the garage. Monorail station is also conveniently located at MGM Grand.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is at the front desk of the Signature at MGM Grand Tower 1. All names of guests needing key access must be sent as a separate message to the host immediately after booking. Please make sure host confirms receipt of the names to ensure there will be no issues with your check in. You must show ID with same name to obtain a key.



You must be at least 21 years of age and have a major credit card to reserve and check-in.



You will need to provide a credit card upon checkin to collect a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day (maximum $500 per stay) to cover any incidental expenses that may arise. The authorization hold will be released and refunded upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred. This is simply a hold and not a charge. There are no additional charges or resort fees upon checkin. The amount you pay on the paltform is your total for your stay.



As of now Signature Tower Pool 1-2 and MGM Grand Pool is Closed for the season. You will still have access to Signature Tower 3 Pool which is open for the winter season. Operating hours are 9am - 4 pm. You just need to provide your Signature Key Card for access.
