My host was very communicative, and willing to amend my stay. But what I liked most was the staff and location, not too close and not too far from all Vegas has to offer. Would definitely book again. A little home away from home.

You must bring everything as in ingredients if you are cooking. There is a coffee maker but bring your own coffee. Just letting you know. But who wants to cook while in Vegas. Not me. There is a cooktop burner, small refrigerator.The best part was the jet tub!!!

Enjoyed staying here. Nice it was just off the strip but connected to mgm casino. The tram was easy to use and very close by. Took advantage of the lazy river and the pool. We will stay here again.

It's a great experience. We had a lot of fun and the communication was absolutely amazing. It's off the strip, but definitely worth it. It was clean, the staff was great and parking is great as well.

Quiet and great location

Connected to the MGM grand by a indoor walkway.Great room with plenty of space to stretch out.The MGM is the starting area for the Monorail which conveniently connected the other hotels on the strip. Quiet which is nice after a day in the casino or catching a game or concert at the nearby stadiums

Great property close to the Sphere

This is perfect property just off the strip. The second staff were friendly. Check in was seamless and the owner was easy to communicate. We loved the crackling fire Chanel! It’s close to the Sphere which we were here to see shows.

Great Place just off the strip!

Quieter and more peaceful than other places directly on the strip. 15 minute walk through air-conditioned walkways to MGM and the monorail station. Pretty building and gated- but still UBER/Lyft friendly!

Clean, Safe, Easy and a Great View of the Sphere!

Loved staying in this condo in a gated development within easy walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip! We loved the peace and quiet of staying in a hotel without all the noice and crowds of a casino property. Other advantages: great service, free valet parking, closeted commode (so if one person is in the commode, the other person can use the shower or sinks), kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave as well as stovetop and sind, no resort or parking fees! Only disappointment is that host did not respond to our email request to extend our checkout time from 11AM to 11:30AM. We would have been OK with a "no," but expected a response either way. Looking at other reviews, it appears there is no flexibility on check-in and check-out stated times. That's OK. Still would be our first choice of places to stay in Las Vegas!

Great place to stay with family

Property was as advertised. It would have been nice to have more than 2 plates/bowls etc. There was 1 pot and 1 pan, and no papertowels or napkins. It was enough to get us through 4 days, and the property manager/service was excellent.
