The pool was not heated, so we could not use it The spa was at first not operating, after a technician showed up thr next day, he was able to get it to work, but not all the jets were working. Need new parts. Never showed up to repair.

Grace the property manager is amazing to deal with! Is the house perfect, no. Was there multiple items broken or dirty around the house, yes. But she was on top of things to fix it as fast as her contractors could get there. Great location and would stay again specifically because I know she would take care of us

Very good

We very much appreciated this clean and comfortable home. Pool, hot tub, and grill are great. Starbucks and restaurants are within a mile. We will definitely stay again!

Very clean and cozy place

The host was very attentive to our requests. The house is located close to the Hoover Dam, not too far from the Las Vegas. We enjoyed our time there.

Great get away and stay!

What a fantastic getaway for us! The property is great, easy access, quiet and very private location. House was well equipped and even though it was only two of us it would be a great get away if you have kids of any age. Will definitely plan on returning!

Grossly managed and poor cleanliness

We stayed here because of the location of a lacrosse tournament. The pictures online, not even close to reality. Dog barking in the neighborhood every night. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel. However, we did stay a few nights. We asked to be refunded and would be happy to pay for the nights we stayed. Reached out to property manger both email and text. Received auto message asking how the stay was. No callbacks at all during our stay.m or after. We have pictures of the green water in the hot tub, dirty pool, broken bathroom sink, Mold in kitchen and bathrooms. Bathroom window had no working locks, only a piece of wood. Backyard gate no lock or working latch. Held closed by putting garbage cans in front of the gate. Broken cabinets, gross floors, dirty ceiling, awful rugs that haven’t been cleaned. I can go on. Please don’t be tricked with the pictures online. Please feel free to text me and I’ll be happy to send you the pictures. 385-226-1634

Great Location

We stayed here when we flew out to see The Eagles at The Sphere. We wanted to be away from The Strip itself..perfect location. Henderson is a nice little town. The home in general was nice. Had everything we needed. It does need a very deep clean and some replacement of items; bed pillows, mattresses. There were no extra sheets and no mattress pad on the master bed. The coffee pot needs a good vinegar cleaning. The washer needs a good scrub too. I did let the rental management know about these items and I can only hope they will be addressed with the cleaning company. The communication with the Management was fantastic ! They were quick to reply before and after our stay. They reached out to us after we checked in and throughout the 5 days we were there. Overall, if the house gets a good cleaning from top to bottom, I would stay there again.

The house was nice. The pool was very clean. The only problem was one of the beds had crumbs in the sheets and the lawn furniture was broken down. Otherwise a nice place. about it being vleaned

Comfortable, perfect for family

Plenty of room for our family; age range from 8 yr old to 78 y.o. Pool was perfect for kids, even for the ones who cant swim. Plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathroom toiletries was provided. It's nice to have garage remote control, as well. 2 TVs (master's bed & living room). I definitely recommend this place.

Great Home

We recently stayed at this home in Henderson and it went well! The weather was a little bit of a bummer, so we didn't get to use the pool. It is not heated ( which in Las Vegas you normally don't need, but we happened to be there when the high was only 64.) The hot tub wasn't in clean condition so we didn't use that either. The first night we were there, the door bell rang around 7:30 PM and it was someone to check the hot tub. We sent them away for safety reasons, I reached out to Jason and he responded quickly to inform us that it was the hot tub cleaner. That was the only hiccup we had. The house is clean and secure! There is a garage to pull a car in which we loved, made things a lot easier for us. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, our boys loved the bunk room the best. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great in the showers. I absolutely loved having french doors in the master bedroom to open up and look out to the pool. Location was great! Plenty of food choices around, and far enough off the strip, but not too far at all. Easy drive to the airport and rental car return in the morning as well. Thank you for being a great host, and we will be telling others if they are in the area to stay here!

Great value, great location

We enjoyed a week in and around Las Vegas, and this was a great location for our family of 6! Easy to get downtown, and easy to get to hiking at Red Rocks and Valley of Fire. Kids loved the pool and hot tub!

Great Vegas Home!!

What a Gem in Henderson! Close to some really great local spots for dinner and drinks. House is super clean and kitchen is well stocked. Didn't get to utilize the pool or hot tub, but a very nice amenity to the home. Jason and his team are very friendly and quick to respond with messages. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!
