El hotel está bien lo malo que está un poco retirado de Las Vegas bulevar y no hay casinos al rededor.

Definitivamente NO volveremos a este hotelito.
Llegamos ya tarde es decir en la noche realizamos el check-in, algo cansados y esperábamos que en el hotel fuera una bienvenida amena pero resulta que nuestra habitación no era la que reservamos, nos dieron una doble A CAMBIO DE LA HABITACIÓN CON CAMA KIM QUE RESERVAMOS, al parecer no tenían habitaciones disponibles, ¿que se supone que significa eso? Supongo que les vale la reservación y que nos acostemos por separado o ambos en una cama pequeña eso es, al final abrumados y con ganas de descansar aceptamos la que nos impusieron arruinandonos la noche. Al día siguiente nos preparamos para ir a la alberca y o sorpresa en traje de baño y con nuestro bloqueador en la mano parados en la reja de la entrada donde no pudimos pasar por qué se nos informa en ese preciso momento que el acceso solo con reservación anticipada, cosa más rara, están consientes que le arruinas el día a las personas en ese momento, ahí entendimos por qué solo había una familia en toda la alberca, estoy de acuerdo en que tengas sus propias restricciones para lo del Covid-19 pero debería de informar el recepciónista al momento del check-in que si uno ara uso de la alberca hay que realizar reservación o poner algún tipo de información visible en la recepción, en conclusión nos fuimos de ese hotel con una gran decepción, no estoy seguro si este lugar está enfocado en la satisfacción del huésped pero de lo que si estoy seguro es que es la primera vez que nos hospedarnos aquí y será la última, gracias.

Debit card was charged with a pending charge to cover parking and a deposit, then actual charges went through while it still had the pending charges for a week so like being billed twice for a week until pending charges finally dropped off.

If you don’t fancy the casino mega hotels, then this is a great option. 5min drive from Bellagio but away from the noise. Room was great and staff friendly. You *could* walk to the strip (20min?) via a bridge over the highway but driving and park in a hotel garage might just be worth the $15

This hotel is GREAT. Check-in was very smooth and took very little time. The desk clerk was very professional and check in took only a few minutes. All the employees showed genuine concern for the needs and comfort of the guests. Dre, Roland and Nimfa in the breakfast area attended to the needs of every guest with the highest standards of service. This is a hotel that genuinely shows there concern for ensuring the comfort of every guest. Truely a home away from home.

Bad Night family stay
The checkin was good and fast,but didn't like the idea of paying for parking,plus we didn't even get to park in garage. Last night arrived at hotel with 2 children and street was blocked because of accident in front. I had to park down the street in a closed store parking lot afraid all night my car was going to be towed. I think my stay would have been more enjoyable if this wouldn't of happened. I think there should be more entrances to hotel besides front. If there was an emergency and we all had to evacuate. How would we all get out one way.

Check your room availability. EV Chargers ICE'd
reserved a king bed with tub room. When i arrived they said they did not have any of those types of rooms available. They moved me to a 2 queen bed w/tub room instead. Wife and i had to sleep in different beds instead of together. lastly, we drive a tesla. upon arrival we discovered the hotel had 3 tesla destination chargers. which is awesome, however they were occupied at the time of arrival. one of them was being blocked by a large Ram TRX pickup truck. The space was labled "EV Only" and that its the law. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would look to have it towed. They never did remove the vehicle from the space. This caused me to have to wake up early before my family to go spend an hour charging up the car. It would have been great if the hotel actually followed the law and had the vehicle towed. I could of slept in and had breakfast with my family.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The USB ports in the room were not working however they fixed them within 15 minutes of being notified. The pool is nice and the water icy!
