Check in was easy. Host responded quickly.Bad news is we found the pool and hot tub dirty and not in working order. Site focused on it and host told us it was usable, but was not.Multiple lights in the house didn’t work including the front porch light. The porch light out caused safety concerns as the steps were cracked and crumbling and no lights to see.All beds but one were hard as a slab of concrete.Comforters look old and dingy. Ceiling fan in bedroom making severe noise and shaking like it was going to fall. Upstairs was hot and all rooms need a deep cleaning. Ice maker in the fridge didn’t work.While the host responded to the complaints, no resolution ever was received.
