First time in the Signature, was expecting a nice place. Each owner maintains the room. What’s right: beautiful well maintained buildings. Top notch service from the front desk and bellman/valet. Nice pools, and (pricey – but-it’s Vegas) pool bar, lobby bar, café.About this room: Tower 3, 7th floor, easy in and out, fast elevators. Balcony overlooks pool. View is the back of the east strip hotels, parking garages and Sphere in the distance (host Vrbo pic is zoomed in on Sphere). Great view of the street for F 1 race. This room needs renovation. First impression: the entry door is scuffed up inside and out. How about some fresh paint? Cracked floor tiles in foyer and bathroom with grimy grout, replace or clean it? Bath countertop old, stained. Carpet needs cleaning. Couch and balcony chairs stained. Broken lamp. Table with deep scratches. #1 complaint - mattress is very uncomfortable. Sheets thin - terrible quality, and uncomfortable. Towels thin, some torn. On the positive side, great shower, TV, and the other furniture in good shape. If this was a regular hotel room I had not prepaid for, I would have moved to another room. Notified host of the issues, who replied “normal wear and tear issues should not affect your stay”. Really? This is sloppy and lack of maintenance. Rating – 5 out of 10. If the cosmetic issues were fixed with a new hotel quality mattress and linens, I’d give it a 9.
