Felt like home

We had a great stay. Check in was a breeze, the condo was clean, the host was in communication and very attentive. It was great to stay in a place with a bedroom, living room, and kitchen…felt more like home than a hotel. We will be back!

Great stay

Property was lovely and matched the photos. Easy 10 minute walk to either MGM via interior connecting walkways or to Planet Hollywood via walking down Harmon. Very convenient to the MGM Garden Arena.

Signature is always perfect!

For my husband & I, the signature is the perfect spot. We like having our own space & bathrooms, we like a more quiet environment to decompress from all of the LV stimulations, & it is the perfect location for monorail & access to the strip. We always say that there is no where else we'd rather stay (unless ofc we could afford a luxury penthouse at a 5 star resort lol). This particular suite was very clean & comfortable, as usual. My only "complaint" is that there was no hair dryer, but I door dashed 1 & left it in the room so hopefully others will benefit from it too.

Wonderful 2 night stay in Vegas

Arrived at 4, bell service took our lugage to room, valet parked our car, easy check in. Short walk to the MGM Grand. Place was very clean and had nice full kitchen with full size fridge with Ice maker.Jacuzzi was perfect after a day of walking the Las Vegas strip. I will rent this place again when we return. Would reccommend to anyone that goes to Vegas for a few days.

Great location- great property

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were attending some shows at Sphere and needed more than a “standard hotel room”. This property was ideal - access to the MGM Hotel and amenities but as mentioned, more than a hotel room. Plus - only a short ride to Sphere. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Host checked in periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly and when we had questions, received quick responses. Overall - very pleased with our decision to stay here. Definitely recommend this property.

Great location and facility

This is a very clean property that is convenient to the strip. We enjoyed the balcony and the proximity to the many things to do in Las Vegas. The employees of the building were wonderful and friendly. It was hotel like. Ample elevators so no long waits. It was quiet and comfortable. The negatives were that the kitchen is not well equipped. 2 pans, no toaster or other appliances. No salt & pepper and no soap provided. Perhaps we’ve been spoiled by other properties that provide basics but this was surprising. The other negative is that this complex only allows Uber/cab pickups at a completely different building that is a 5 or more minute walk. We had very high temperatures and my husband is disabled so this was a major negative. Even when checking out at 4:30am they had the circle directly outside the front door blocked so that we had to drag our luggage much farther than seemed sensible. When I asked why they told me no cabs or ride shares are allowed. Unnecessary and disappointing.

Unit deficiencies

I rented a unit in Tower 1 from an owner for several years so I am quite familiar with the property. Mistakenly I assumed that the kitchen would be equipped with all of the minimum dishes and cutlery. However, I found no teaspoons, no measuring cups, no toaster, 3 drinking glasses, no small fruit/dessert dishes.no cutting board or bread knife, no place mats for the counter bar or dining table no collander. In addition the exterior drapery covering the living room window would not pull back; one of the lamps in the bedroom was broken. These last two items I reported to the Housekeeping company and they sent a woman to have a look. She noticed there were remnants of balloons on the kitchen ceiling (which I had not noticed) she took pictures of the drapery issue and said she would send them to ?? At any rate, in the week I was there nobody came to fix the problem which meant I had no natural light coming in from that window and had to turn the lamps on. As far as the staff at Signature are concerned, all were very friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Great Space Well Located

The condo is as advertised on the listing. It's contained in the Signature complex which is attached to, but separate from, the MGM Grand. Easy access to the strip. Well appointed. Very comfy for two people but would be good for 4 as well. Definitely would come back again.

Anniversary Get Away

For selfish reasons I'd like to give this property a 1 star rating( to better my chances for booking) but it's a 5 star. Staff, parking and amenities were all great. Truly is literally connected to the MGM Hotel. Our floor was very quite and peaceful as well. Lord willing definitely plan on booking again it really offered the best of both worlds by NOT have a casino in the building but access close by. You won't be disappointed if you book i spoke with first time guest and guest who frequently book here, not one complaint. Just remember when I'm booking it's a 1 star . Enjoy

Nice.

If you're looking for a place to get away from the excitement and wind down, this is it. It was very quiet at night. We weren't woken up at all by loud people. The room itself was fine. It could use a few upgrades but all in all it was clean and adequate. We were disappointed to find the pool in tower 2 and 3 were closed for our trip so we had to use tower 1 pool. It was a nice pool but it was quite the walk. This is a good place to get away from the busyness. Be aware, it is a long walk to get to the excitement.
