Great Stay in Vegas

We had a great stay. Excellent location with awesome views of the city. Walkable or accessible to the strip easily on foot or by monorail. Clean unit with all you can ask for. Would highly recommend. Great communication from host!

Tower 2 - August 2022

The pictures left us feeling deceived upon arrival. The location of the room is decent but most of the furniture in there should be tossed due to overuse, rips, stains or lack of comfort. Upon our arrival we realized the shower was broken, the safe was broken and lightbulbs were burnt out… which made us wonder how well the place had been cleaned if these things went unnoticed. Lucky for guests staying after us, we had all these things fixed. Pool at tower 2 is quiet but didn’t get full sun until 12-1pm; pools at MGM are full sun but crazy busy. If you want a free lounger, get in line 30 minutes before the doors open. It’s a bit of a jaunt from tower 2, but manageable (just don’t forget anything!) This was our first VRBO experience and possibly our last. Property manager is receptive and prompt when responding.

Perfect Getaway

I surprised my husband with a 40th birthday trip to Vegas! This suite was great! We were within walking distance to so many places! We also had a pretty great view! It was such a wonderful weekend.

Great location and view

Location was awesome, close and easy to walk to MGM. Pool access was easy and great as well. Great balcony view! Coffee maker is tiny (only a 4-cupper) and there were no knives to cut things (so bring one along). Fridge is bar sized.One thing-property needs some updating. It definitely looks like it has been well loved. Other than that, it was an awesome stay! Hosts were super communicative and quick to reply to questions. Thank you!

MGM Signature Suite

Great location. Everything at property clean and well organized. Pool was great. Staff all very responsive and nice. The only thing bringing it down for us a little bit is that the all the furniture and carpeting in the suite was showing clear signs of age. Couch stained and clearly worn out, chairs and table kinda beat up and just tired. Without knowing the rules of building It also would have been very nice to have some sort seats that could be used on the patio. We improvised but it is such a great asset - the balcony - and it seem a little limited in its set up for actual usage.

Perfect Vegas Get away!

This property has a great location without being right on the busy main strip of Vegas. Very clean, and easy to check in. Only down fall is when valet parking service is closed (1030pm) or full you have to park at the MGM grand parking garage and walk quite a ways back to your hotel. I love using vrbo and having all the amenities to staying at a hotel. Will be back for sure!

We were so pleased with this condo at Signature. Property was clean and matched photos/description. We especially liked the convenience of a fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave in our room, as well as proximity to the ice machine. We enjoyed the balcony view of the mountains during the day and the strip during the night. The ample-size hot tub in the bathroom was very relaxing after all of our walking in Vegas. The pool and property overall were well-maintained and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The owners messaged us after check-in to be sure there were no problems upon our arrival. I've never had another VRBO owner do this, and I appreciated their concern with our satisfaction.

Nothing to loose, would ask to stay again.

This was our 6th visit to Vegas, and the 3rd at the MGM Signature and our 1st in a private owned apartment. Never the less this apartment is all you need to stay in Vegas, fridge for your beer, balcony (to sup your beer on) you get my drift lol. But on a more serious note. You have the use of all the facilities at the MGM Resort, including all the pools and lazy river. Close to the mono rail and your soon at High Roller and all the attractions around there. Walk over to New York New York turn left and your on your way to the Excalibur/Luxor/Mandalay Bay (there is a tram between these hotels), turn right and your at the Park and all attractions there, go through The Park MGM and catch the Aria express to the Bellagio. It's well within walking distance to the Miracle Mile Shops. "It is in an ideal location". Cheers Guys Gary & Bev UK
