The Signature at MGM Grand is proud to offer state-of-the-art fitness centers. Outfitted with the latest in treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers and stationary bikes along with personal flat-screen TV's and an extensive collection of free weights. You'll find fitness centers located on the lobby level of towers 1 and 3.

Hotel self-parking is not available. Complimentary 24/7 valet service and paid casino self-parking are available for hotel guests. Due to limited hotel parking, complimentary valet service is only available for one check-in guest’s vehicle per reservation or based on availability. Motorcycles are to be self-parked at paid casino parking. Oversized vehicles (7 feet and over), trailers, jet skis, etc. are to be self-parked at the Excalibur Hotel, located between Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Ave.

The studio has one king size bed and one queen-sized sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. It also comes with essential appliances, including a mini-refrigerator, flattop stove, and microwave. The full bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub.

This is a private unit. The hotel and Host do not charge resort fee. MGM Signature Hotel requires that the check-in guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in with a valid government ID, credit/debit card which matches the name on their ID and $100 per night up to $300 per stay refundable security deposit. The Host is not responsible for MGM Signature Hotel security deposits.

Check-in guest's government photo ID and mobile number for identity verification and confirmed guest to sign the rental agreement are required by the Host to check in. The check-in guest must check in and may add other guests at the front desk.
