Comfy Grandma’s house

The home in Henderson was okay overall. It was clean, had the basic amenities we needed, and offered a beautiful view—which was definitely a highlight. That said, if you’re planning to spend most of your time on the Las Vegas Strip, the location isn’t the most convenient. It’s a bit of a drive, and transportation costs added up quickly. Great if you’re looking for something quieter with scenic surroundings, but not the best choice for easy access to the Strip. Be aware though if you wanna spend late nights in the pool don’t stay here— the property has a quiet time that begins at 9 PM. And the pool is closed. That was a bummer for us. The property manager did not have great communication. Also, it was weird that she walked in on us right before checking out and waiting on our Uber. Scared us a great deal. Nonetheless a great choice for views.

Henderson 2025

The house was exactly as described. It was clean and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. I would check the house before running to a grocery store. There are a lot of items in the house. IE tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, and a closet full of extras.The pool was very clean and there is plenty of covered seating in the back yard that has a beautiful view of Las Vegas.The only concern I had was the entry code. It didn't seem to us that the code gets changed between clients. It was posted on the wall in the house and it didn't look like it had be recently updated. The property is handled by Evolve so once you book you will deal with them. They kept us informed and gave us all of the information we needed in a timely fashion.We got a call from Evolve on Sunday (we vacated on Saturday) asking if we were still at the house and in the pool. We were not there. It was a very strange.

We had a wonderful time here! The property is super clean and comfortable and the location is so convenient to get everywhere we needed to go. I loved the pool! Plenty of towels and everything you could ever need. What a great place to relax. Thank you!

Great views from a great backyard

Well stocked, nice house, great backyard. The pool is listed as heated on ad but it is extra and not included in price as ad suggests and hot tub does not heat up if you choose to heat pool, either or. I only rented it because of the pool so I wish it was clearer but overall I would stay again when in Vegas.

Great location and sparkling pool

We were in town to visit with our daughter and her family. Our two-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved playing in the pool. Great house, meticulously cleaned, and very well stocked. We would definitely book this property again.

Enjoyable & Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. Good Location. Quiet Area. Comfy Home. Cool water in pool for being late Summer. Wished A/C would be able to be set lower, but made do. Amenities & Supplies were well stocked.

Great Getaway with the Family

Great place to stay, description of location spot on. Fun time with family and only 20 minutes from strip. Only one issue we wanted late check out host never responded to email so we made other plans, yes I could have called but no big deal.

Absolutely Outstanding

This property was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. The Host Was Absolutely Great. We were inContact with the host from day one of our stay and She reacted quickly to every request we had. I had an answer for everything within 10 minutes of my sending a question or request. I would say make sure you read the basic rules before you book and go enjoy your stay. Incredible view from the back yard. thank you

Very Nice Home With Pool And Views

It's a quiet, relaxing place with a great private pool, and beautiful views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding mountains. Communications with the owners was excellent and they were instantly helpful with what few issues we had. (They were MOST accommodating when at the very last minute Delta canceled our flight in July, and we had to move our reservation back two months. We are very grateful to them for that)

Fabulous rainy vacation

The house was a great place to relax, and just what we did. No hussle and bussle of Las Vegas. Yet still have the excitement of it. Great views very quite neighborhood. Must stay again.

Comfortable Home!

Home was perfect for our quick weekend! We were in town for hockey and playing at Lifeguard Arena. Rental was Super super close! Clean and comfortable, too!

Beautiful home. Great communication with manager.

The home was exactly as described. It was fully equipped with everything you could possible need, even toothpaste if you forgot it. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature for a hot summer weekend. The manager was very friendly and communicated well. I will definitely rent this property again.

Great views!

This house is a nice Henderson home with a great view and a nice pool to cool off! The best part of our stay was the pool which is heated to stay nice and enjoyable year round. That was a really nice perk, very few places have a heated pool and the kids loved it. There were a couple tiles missing, but the deck was recently re done and it looks like they are in the process of updating stuff, so I was not too worried about that. The inside was nice and clean. The owners take effort to make sure everything is clean and well maintained. You can tell they have worked on things to improve the home or painted rooms, etc. to keep it nice. I really enjoyed being able to back our truck into the garage to unload in the rain so our stuff stayed dry. The garage will NOT fit a crew cab F250 in case anyone is wondering, but a Chevy Tahoe or smaller rig would easily fit from my estimate. I am obsessed with garages, what can I say! The home is on a quiet, but busy street. The traffic is local traffic of people going to their homes and it is the main road into the community, so there is a lot of activity and driving. The backyard is quiet and against a railroad track, but remained fairly quiet. It is not what you think though, there are layers to the railroad and there is a nice bike path. The view and outdoor deck with the high top table chairs to eat dinner was the best thing ever! The inside was super stocked! They even had cold beers in the fridge. We do not drink, but for those that do, a nice bonus. This might have been left over from a previous group, so just in case don’t give your hopes up. Cupboards and everything had everything a well stocked home would have. Very nice!!! Overall a great stay, and we will be back!
