Floor Plan & What to Expect

This is a spacious 3-story single-family home, so please note that guests will need to climb stairs to enter the main living level and access different floors of the house.
The layout gives everyone plenty of space and privacy, which makes it great for family trips, business stays, and groups who want room to spread out.

Parking

The home includes convenient private parking:

2 cars inside the garage
2 cars on the driveway

Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways or parking in restricted areas.

Basement Level

The basement level includes the 2-car garage, laundry area with washer and dryer, and a common game space with a pool table.

There is also a private bedroom on this level featuring:

Spacious walk-in closet

This room is perfect for guests who prefer extra privacy and a quieter lower-level space.

Guests may also access the backyard from this level. Please note the backyard is not open for gatherings, parties, or outdoor activities. It is only available for guests who need to smoke outside.

Main Living Level

The first floor is the main hangout space of the home. It features a cozy living room with a 65” Smart TV, accent chairs, and a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa ( Sleeps 2) .

The living area connects to a small game/lounge area with a round table that seats 4 — great for cards, snacks, coffee, or pretending you’re having a serious strategy meeting before heading to the Strip.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everyday cooking essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats 8 guests, perfect for family dinners, takeout nights, or breakfast before a busy Vegas day.

Second Floor

Upstairs, you’ll find the spacious primary suite and three additional guest bedrooms.

The primary bedroom is located down the hallway on the left and includes:

Down the hallway on the right, there are 3 queen-size guest bedrooms (each sleeps 2, total 6) . One of these guest rooms includes a 43” Smart TV.

There is also a shared full bathroom on this level for the upstairs guest rooms.
