The home was exactly what we needed. Only a few things I want to point out. The internet doesn’t work well enough so you can’t watch the tvs upstairs. The water flow isn’t the best in the showers and the shower in the master room makes a lot of noises when you stand in it. But overall it was a good stay and would recommend it.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to safety cook. There is a large backyard and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Very conveniently located by Summerlin mall. I have seen some comments about the A/C not working and it worked fine during our stay. There are also ceiling fans for extra comfort. The owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible area. Super clean. Lots of space and pet friendly! Loved staying here and would recommend. Only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and it was 85 degrees inside the house. However only two of the rooms did have portable AC units so those rooms would stay cool. But Brooke & Tim helped to get a tech to fix asap.

We enjoyed our stay. Too big a house for 2 of us but only place we could find for our dates. Nice house and stocked with everything we needed. The big comfy king bed was very nice. All area rugs needed to be cleaned especially the bathroom rugs. not clean. Bedroom lamp was broken. Sliding door latch also broken couldnt lock door, but we felt safe. Our doggies liked the location next to an open area. Overall it was a nice stay we would stay again.

Wonderful stay in a great area!

We loved staying here! It was plenty of space for my two kids and an easy walk to some neighborhood playgrounds. My favorite part of the house was probably the proximity to Summerlin south for shopping! My kids and I walked to Trader Joe’s multiple times for grocerie. Brooke’s team was also quick to respond with any help needed.

Great location for outdoor adventures

Friends and I stayed for a week of rock climbing in the park. Great location to grocery stores and it was easy to get to the park and surrounding outdoor areas. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Vegas Getaway

Property was/is an excellent choice for short/long term stays. The home layout/decor was refreshing making the stay even more comfy. The neighborhood/community felt safe and had plenty of prime entertainment options in the surrounding area. Staff/Host of property were very accommodating and prompt with answers to our various questions. Overall the home, area and host support was top shelf. Another stay will certainly be in our future.

Excellent property

Excellent communication from the owner. Had a handyman take care of a broken lock almost immediately. Very nice man!! Location was great. It felt safe in the neighborhood.

Treble dirt house

When we got there the air conditioning was broken. Said it was to late to get it looked it. They knew it was broken they had temporary unites in 2 bed rooms. Kitchen sink was broken and there was old rotten food in the freezer. House was also very dirty. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Hottest summer in Las Vegas

I was traveling with my adult daughter and two small dogs. The house was decent and fully equipped. We appreciated the open area with real grass next door to the house where the dogs could relieve themselves. The main issue of the house was that the AC system was malfunctioning and it was not fun with the record breaking temperatures in Las Vegas. However the property manager was very professional and was able to take care of our needs right away. My main issue is with VRBO company as their customer service is terrible. They follow protocol which is inhumane and out of touch when the reality of various situations. I have travelled a lot and worked with different agencies but I never had this kind of service from others. The VRBO company lacks decent customer service and common sense.

Great Location and Quiet Neighborhood

The location of the home and the quiet neighborhood were what we really appreciated the most. The home is really close to Red Rock Casino, many good restaurants, and the beautiful mountains just right up the hill are definite “5’s” on the rating list. The quick responsiveness from Tim the property manager was super great also when we expressed a concern. He was very nice and quickly sent out the repair and cleaning handyman, and also had a vacuum cleaner delivered the same day we requested one to clean the rugs and floors. For those looking for a newer home, you will be slightly disappointed. The home is around 30 years old, and has a lot of wear and tear from being a vacation rental home. It is no one’s fault…it just needs to be closed for a week for a service to come in to do a deep cleaning, and new paint, repairs, etc, and weed the back yard in order to bring the home back to the pretty look that is shown in the pictures on the VRBO website. The pictures show a really clean back yard with nice chairs and a fire pit, but the chairs are old and have splinters, so we didn’t get to sit on them. We believed that if the home had been renovated and deep cleaned, we would have loved to have given the best rating possible and paid to stay there next year because we loved the location and great community. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice supply of coffee k-cups and cleaning supplies to get us started. Thank you.

Great Place to Stay!

Not only is this a perfect place to stay, it's in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to anything you would ever need while out of town. I ended up getting sick during my stay and was fortunate that the unit had a last-minute cancellation, and Brooke and Tim were very accommodating to me with the need to add a couple of days. Thankfully, there were plenty of comforts in the home and back yard, making it a great place to recuperate before traveling back home.

Perfect for our needs

We used all 4 bedrooms and everyone was comfortable, including our dog! Lovely, clean and it had everything we needed. The backyard was spacious and peaceful.

House was perfect for us

The location is fantastic. Info from Brooke was very detailed and easy to follow. They checked on us a few times which was nice. Lots of space and very comfortable. I would recommend this house and company anytime!!
