The house was clean, but does have some wear and tear, but we did have a wonderful stay. I will note there was a lot of discrepancy and inaccurate information from what was listed on vrbo site and the house rules located inside the property. There are hidden fees required after booking that were not mentioned in the listing, but other than that it was a good stay.

Nice house on paper but many issues with it. Hosts were very nice and responsive but there were so many problems I literally cannot list them all. A few: gas stove with no exerior fan =carbon monoxide. Broken shower doors, cleaning done inadequately with some areas visibly dirty and others with thick and slippery cleaning chemicals on floors, kitchenware needed to be replaced, lots of cat poop by the front door... Ill just leave it at that. If none of these things bother you then youd probably like this place. Great neighborhood and the pool was nice to use!

Placed fit our needs for the old guys in town for a hockey tournament. They didn’t advertise that it would cost 50 a day to heat up the hot tub. Just beware when you heat the hot tub it turns the pool into slightly lower temp hot tub. Either way it was nice to have after playing hockey.

Quiet, safe, well communicated lodging option

Upfront, owner/manager is very open to communication and responsiveness. Pool table was smaller than expected but i assume thats my fault...skimmed and not read...there is a difference. No concerns with the stay and highly recommend.

Feral cats own this house

We only stayed one night and needed to make other arrangements for our week in Vegas. The house smelled strongly of cleaning products but was not clean, the pool area was full of cats and smelled strongly of cat pee. Toughest of all, there was a pack of cats that made noise outside the house all night long which kept us up. Do not recommend unless you’re not worried about these gjings

Nice location, works well for a family with kids.

The property was nice, but the charge for 50 a day for heating the pool I feel is excessive. I requested for the host to communicate with my son as a back-up for check-in that he did not provide.

Comfortable house/ great location

Property was comfortable and had everything we needed to make it like home. The pool was fun for the kids, but a little finicky as far as keeping it heated. They also charge extra to heat the pool which wasn't made really clear during checkout. Neighborhood was great and location perfect - close enough to downtown but not too close.

Great place to stay

We rented the property to attend a nearby wedding and had a great time at this property. The host was very responsive when we had a question. It felt like the time there went by way too fast. We would stay there again when in the area. Didn't get a chance to swim it was too cold in Las Vegas!

Great home in a wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Red Rock Poolside Retreat. The home is very spacious, clean, and comfortable - and it is located in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood, with shopping and other conveniences nearby (e.g., there is a Trader Joe's just a few blocks away). There is a beautiful park in the neighborhood with terrific play equipment for kids and nice walking paths - there even is a secret path right across the street from the house that goes directly to this park! The house is only about 15 minutes away from spectacular Red Rock Canyon - not to be missed! If your schedule permits, also visit the Valley of Fire, less than an hour away. The host is excellent - he is easy to contact and responds very quickly. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Clean & good location

The property was clean & comfortable. Landscaping could use some cleaning up & BBQ was rusted & not usable. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Location was great as we had events in Summerlin.
