Welcome to Sunset Royale The Ultimate Vegas Getaway! This fully city permitted luxury vacation rental blends mid-century modern charm with nonstop entertainment, just minutes from the Strip and Harry Reid International Airport. This estate is your private playground for unforgettable stays.
Nestled on a private half-acre in a classic Las Vegas community, this sprawling single-story estate boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a private casita suite with its own entrance, kitchenette, and ensuite bath. Three oversized suites feature direct access to the backyard pool and spa. Oversized Smart TVs, individual workspaces, and plush bedding featuring luxury linens and towels ensure your comfort and enjoyment. A bright and open living area connects to a gourmet kitchen, perfect for group gatherings. Outside, you’ll find a spacious carport and a circular driveway that can accommodate multiple vehicles or even an RV or trailer for our road trip guests.

POOL, SPA & HOT TUB HEATING
Enjoy a relaxing soak or a refreshing swim; the pool, spa and hot tub can be heated for your stay at a rate of $150 per day. *Please note that there is only one heating fee that covers the pool, spa and hot tub.
PET POLICY
We allow a maximum of two dogs (no cats please), must be less than 50 lbs each and be on non-aggressive breeds. We also require you to bring your own crate for the dogs to be placed in when you are out of the home. The Pet Fee is $150 per pet, per day.
SMOKING POLICY
Please note this is a completely smoke-free home and property. A $1,000 fee applies if smoking occurs on site.
NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED
City regulations strictly prohibit the use of fireworks, especially at or near any vacation rentals. This is not only a safety issue, but also a violation of local municipal code, and could result in police involvement and fines for unauthorized use.
