Overall the stay was enjoyable. The house is nice but definitely could use a bit of care. Host was responsive overall. When we arrived, the door code did not work and we had to stand in the hot sun with groceries for approx. 10 minutes while we waited for assistance after calling in. Towel racks and toilet paper racks were broken, dog poop and sharp goat heads were found in the turf in the yard, pool could use a good cleaning, there was no bedding for the futon, the pull out couch or the couch which are called bedrooms. The 8th bedroom is not a bedroom is is unsafe to sleep in. It is not attached to the home, does not have AC and the door has a large gap and a hole in the ceiling with the fan. Shower towels existed but again, not enough for the capacity of the house so pool towels had to be used. The house was nice enough and we had fun but it needs more care. Both outdoor grills also had quite bit of food still on them from a previous guest.
