NUEVA casa adosada ENORME con 3 camas, loft y 2. 5 BA minutos del Strip de Las Vegas

Hermosa casa con 1 dormitorio principal y baño principal, 2 dormitorios grandes, 1 altillo en el piso superior, 1-1 / 2 baños, garaje para 1 automóvil con entrada adicional y estacionamiento para invitados en la calle, hermoso diseño de cocina con todos los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable abiertos para Amplia sala de estar / comedor, arriba lavadora y secadora, y patio con parrilla de barbacoa. Esta es una casa de vacaciones de lujo para familias que desean quedarse 31 días o más o para personas de negocios en viaje de trabajo.

Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para que la estadía de todos sea placentera y cómoda. Aparte de la casa de nueva construcción, la casa tiene todo lo demás, desde muebles, televisores, hasta tenedores y cuchillos.

Si bien hay MUCHAS excelentes opciones para cenar o para llevar cerca, encontrará que la cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar cualquier comida en cualquier momento. Nuestra despensa está cargada con todos los utensilios y herramientas que necesitará. El nuevo refrigerador puede acomodar alimentos por hasta 9 al menos por semana. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 6 y el bar de la isla tiene capacidad para otros 3.

Si la comida quiere estar afuera, disfrute usando la nueva parrilla de barbacoa y la mesa de 6 sillas en el patio cerrado.

La casa está muy cerca del estadio Raider (2 minutos en coche). Un viaje de 5 minutos lo llevará a los casinos, restaurantes, centros comerciales, T-Mobile Arena y el Aeropuerto Internacional McCarron de Las Vegas. El campus de UNLV se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche. El centro de Las Vegas y la calle Fremont (centro de la ciudad) se encuentran a 15 minutos en coche.

Excellent vacation place.

We came out for concerts and my wife’s birthday. Had such a great time. Enjoyed the trip and place was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. The process and the owner were great and very communicative. So happy we stayed here.

The place was very clean and in good shape. The only negatives, which turned out to be positives, was the TV WiFi connections worked intermittent (which we didn't spend much time watching TV) and we had to remove shoes before going upstairs on the carpet (although this rule keeps the carpet clean for everyone).All the wonderful perks that make you feel welcomed, Q-tips, good TP, nice supply of tea and coffee, plenty of linens, TV in every room, beautiful decor and all kinds of love notes to keep us informed as guests.The driveway is fit for a small SUV... Trucks and longer vehicles will need to park in the public spaces, but there was always a spot available close by... Definitely a plus being in a gated community!!!Thank you for the pleasant stay!

Exceeded all our expectations!

I stayed here with my family and we were all super impressed with this place! It is an amazing property within a safe community but still super close to everything. If we ever come back to Vegas, we will definitely be booking to stay here again! Such a comfortable stay, thank you Michelle!

Awesome property!

Amazing property, very clean and beautifully decorated. Conveniently located to the Vegas strip and anything you might need while you stay here. Plus Michelle is a great host with great communication. We hope to stay here again the next time we're in Vegas.

Great Townhouse

This place is extremely clean just like the photos. It's in a safe neighborhood but still close enough to the Vegas Strip.The home is decorated nicely throughout. The thermostats are tricky to operate but that may have been a me problem. I will definitely stay her again.

Great location and great hosts!

This is an amazing location, close to the strip, airport and lots of good restaurants. It is everything as advertised, pristine clean, well equipped kitchen and lots of extras. Beds were very comfortable. Michelle and Joe were very responsive to any inquiries and pleasant to deal with. I'd highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic spot

We came to town for family needs. This location was 2 miles from the hospital, 15 minutes from the airport and only 8 minutes from the strip. It was clean, located in a gated community, and great for our family to stay in for the two weeks we were there. The owners were easy to get ahold of and super accommodating. Next time we head to Vegas, we will book with them!

Wonderful Townhouse Just Off The Strip

Perfect location in a safe, gated community! This townhouse is just off the southern end of the strip 2.5 miles directly west of the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. The property is clean, well appointed and spacious. Outfitted to accommodate 6-8 guests. Great communication with the owner throughout our stay.

Excellent neighborhood

This is a beautiful, new, duplex/townhouse. It is in a great, new neighborhood just 10 minutes from the southern section of the Strip (the portion you want to visit). The house is beautiful! The host is quick to respond to any needs or concerns.

Excellent rental!

We had a great experience. This was our first trip to Las Vegas. The location of the property was perfect. It is in a quiet gated community. We could be anywhere in the city within 15-20 minutes. The house was very well furnished and stocked. Excellent communication from the host. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely rent from Michelle again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Michelle was very responsive and check in was super easy. The house was super clean and exactly like the pictures. The house was well equipped with anything you need, even had some spices which was a nice surprise! The neighborhood was quiet and gated so we felt extra safe. It is about a 15 minute drive to the strip which really wasn't bad for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay off the strip.

Fantastic Stay, will stay again if given the opportunity.

We stayed here for roughly 1 week to celebrate my wife's birthday. The home itself is very lovely & comfortably appointed and we found Michelle to be a wonderful hostess. I cannot really speak on the closeness of the property to things as we spent most of our time not on the strip but I can attest that it is quite close to the Luxor & Mandalay Bay. We enjoyed having the option to launder our clothing & all of the provided dishware was clean with everything needed to make your own meals or reheat leftovers. All in all, this was a wonderful property with quiet, respectful neighbors & easy access to good food & great fun.

Great place to stay off strip

Had a really great stay. It’s pretty close to the strip for driving purposes which makes it convenient. Only a 10-15min trip to the airport car rental return. Lots of space. We didn’t even use all the rooms/beds. Beds are firm but I actually kind of liked that and may change mine at home. Equipped kitchen, gas range. Gated community. A few places nearby to walk, but for some more scenic walks, better to drive to them. Has a good backyard area, although we didn’t use it for our stay. Not too far from Red Rock Canyon (sub 30min drive) and only 15-20 to Henderson or Summerlin. Communication with the property owners was great - super responsive. We stayed over Christmas, and having the Christmas décor up for us was a really nice touch! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. It’s great. Thank you!

Perfect Vegas Stay

This was the perfect place for our extended stay in Las Vegas. We prefer staying west of the strip because everything in newer and cleaner. Doesn't get much newer in this case. Plenty of room. Like many places in Vegas, the complex is gated. Not that you actually felt like you needed it in this neighborhood. It was nice having a garage to park in at night. It was exceptionally windy one day so it was nice knowing nothing was going to get blown into our vehicle. Our primary reason for using Vrbo instead of staying in hotels is to be able to cook our own meals instead of eating out every night. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, knives, pretty much everything you could need. Also a plus was having a gas grill out back. Though a little small, it worked perfectly for us on this trip. There are three bedrooms that were all well appointed, though we only used one. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, this was one of the better places we have stayed in and would highly recommend it. Great communication. Extremely clean. Easy check in. We will definitely stay here again next time we have an extended trip to Las Vegas. Just a nice comfortable place to come back to after a busy day. One small note, which has absolutely nothing to do with the host. The neighbor has a small dog which they would let out and would bark continuously for a couple hours at a time. It was annoying a couple times, but did not negatively effect our stay.
