The location is incredibly convenient, fairly close from the Strip and other attractions. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. The property matched the description perfectly. We encountered a minor issue, which was resolved promptly and efficiently. First of all, the Hosts were great with communicating with us. That always makes things pleasant. The home is large, plenty of room to move around inside. The back yard is large as well. We opted to have the pool heated, and I'm glad we did because it was very nice swimming in it. The house was very clean and supplied well. I would definitely come here again when we go to Las Vegas. House was a great size, backyard was amazing and it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We were there in November and didn't opt for the pool to be heated, but it was crystal clear and we had fun hanging out around it. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Was not able to use the pool due to a broken vacuum that is supposed to clean the pool. Search helicopters and gun shots at night. No lights for 1/2 the backyard. Hot water tricky in master bathroom. Last day the electric went out in the master bathroom. Read the fine print, it's almost 100 per day to heat the pool. The pillow smelled like someone and weren't white and bleached.

The home is inviting and pet friendly. My fur babies enjoyed their time relaxing on the patio by the pool. Unfortunately, it was a bit too cool for us to enjoy the beautiful pool. But the home and backyard are spacious and very welcoming, and we had all the amenities to have a great time.

Great time and close to strip of you have a car

Very nice pool and convenient neighborhood. House was clean, pool was perfect! Crystal clear water and plenty of seating in backyard. Beds were comfortable, AC was cool and master shower is massive.

Nice house. As descibed.

The house was nice and as expected based on the listing. The house had ample supplies and was within walking distance of some stores and food places.The pool area was nice and had plenty of seating. The pool was clean. We used the gas grill once and cooked inside a few times. The kitchen had what you needed.The neighborhood is fine although it is obviously a poorer section of town as you will sew when you drive through. However, we had no issues.Recommended.

Nice place to stay for a night in Vegas

I booked this home for clients who were going to be passing through Vegas on a longer road trip. They wanted a pool and a convenient location with enough space to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 3 children. The feedback on the home and pool was positive! They liked their stay. They were a little concerned when they saw the neighborhood and bars/locks on the home. That's the only negative feedback I received. I would recommend this rental to guests who wouldn't be bothered by this though! It was clean and comfortable. I had no issue whatsoever communicating with the host. I didn't need to communicate much though because the clients had no issue at all checking in or checking out. Thanks for making the home available to guests!

Good Choice!!

Stayed here with my family of 5 (4 adults, 1 Toddler) for a long weekend. Pool was a huge plus for the HOT weather. House is well equipped, although we did not cook there seemed to be everything you need for doing so including a BBQ Grill. House is centrally located, 15 minute drive to Fremont Experience, 20 Minutes to Strip, 15 minutes to Summerlin. Accommodation is not bougie but is welcoming and comfortable. Host is responsive and kind. Great option over the busy hotel scene.

Not worth the money for us

My family felt we were splurging on this house, opting for a private pool over a luxurious hotel room on the strip, which would’ve been cheaper! We were disappointed to pull up to a pretty run-down-looking house in what seemed to us to be a sketchy neighborhood. There was lots of pedestrian traffic. Once we were inside we felt better, and didn’t have any safety issues during our stay. The place is well equipped, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable, the air conditioner is really loud and so is the street traffic.

Great stay in Vegas

Great location, the layout of the house was nice and open and fantastic backyard. Really clean and a lot of parking space too. Owners were in communication to make sure we got in okay. It was overall a great experience
