Lasborough Manor and St Mary's Church Lasborough Church is dedicated to St Mary and was rebuilt in 1861-2 by Lewis Vulliamy for RS Holford of nearby Westonbirt. Lasborough Manor, below the church is the south wing of a larger manor house built in the very early 17th century for Sir Thomas Estcourt. The main manor house and north wing were demolished in the 19th century.

Check-in was early, which I appreciated. However, the room fell well below expectations: it had no window, a damp smell, no hot water, and felt very run-down. It also didn’t feel clean, and there were no hooks in the bathroom for towels. Overall, I would not recommend the Stables.

Apartment was very clean and well kept. Bed was comfortable with a great bathroom. Very central location, great for exploring Bath. Some noise around 7am when they deliver towels to the Spa next door, but otherwise quiet, as it's on side street/no through road.
