“I loved my stay at the Brae. It was the perfect place to get over jet lag as I embarked on a one-month vacation of the U.K. It’s a couple of miles outside of town, and the bus to downtown stops right in front of the house, which was perfect. Very comfortable for sleeping. Having a bath tub to soak in after a day full of walking was heaven. Graeme was an extremely welcoming and informative host. Definitely recommend t He Stay at the Brae.”

“There is no parking for this place. The parking that they list on their email is only for permit holders. This greatly reduced my rating. The apartment itself could use a good deep clean. Tons of dust, the couch was covered in stains, the blanket on the couch was very smelly and dirty. The location is okay, far walks and bus rides to everything. ”

“Very clean property and the beds a pillows were so comfy. Excellent communication with owner. Would stay again.”

“Property was fine. Good size for 4 people. Foyer smells strongly of Indian style cooking. The bed in the second bedroom is quite short so doesn’t suit taller people. The apartment could do with some maintenance, for example, the ensuite bathroom door doesn’t close which was annoying for us to use. Location was good being a 20 minute walk to the heart of the city.”

“This is a great little find. Perfect for a family who doesnt want to be on top of one another in a hotel. It's a little far out for a quick walk to the city center, but the area is beautiful safe and quiet. It was a great find for the pinch we were in when the trains were shut down and we didnt have a place to stay.”
