“The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. ”

“Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. “El departamento estaba ok. La cocina era chica (en las fotos es medio confuso saber cual te toca); el baño y la ducha estaban ok y limpias. Ahuyenta mucho que tengan los tachos de basura repletos y olorientos en la entrada del edificio... pero el departamento en sí esta ok, y el chico que nos atendió fue sumamente atento y resolutivo.”

“Ideal location for walking to and from train station. (With luggage we used Uber). We did walk to bridge to Old Town. It’s very safe and easy to navigate around the city! We walked to great neighborhood restaurant. Onkel Salamat- Jenn was our server- very helpful and great food! We loved the private Sauna and steam shower for jet lag recovery! Corsin, our host was very helpful in every way.”

“There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....
