“The Terrence restaurant was excellent. Staff generally very friendly, except for the breakfast restaurant. They seemed annoyed when we asked for poached eggs, there were no cups left for tea or coffee. Again, they said 'aren't there any at your table". Impatient when we asked for help. We had the Balmoral suite, the view was incredible. It was a superior room and the bath was very deep and luxurious. The grounds were very relaxing. ”

“The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...
