Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit throughout their stay. Please note that this unit is below a main house but the upstairs neighbours are very respectful. You'll have complete privacy to enjoy the home during your visit, including your own driveway access.

Respect the peace: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

No smoking indoors: Smoking is only permitted outdoors; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Treat with care: Please look after our home as you would your own.

No parties or events.

Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance.

Report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.

Please leave the property in a neat condition upon departure.



External Surveillance: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed. Cameras are located at the entrance and patio. There are no cameras inside the home, and the devices do not monitor any indoor living spaces, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
