“Close to beach”

“While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

“Owner and her staff were very nice and helpful. Property is conveniently located along the main road and is nearby known restaurants. The only problem is the low water pressure of the bidet and shower, but other than that, our stay was superb. They provide good breakfast, too. ”

“Un hôtel en construction où ils terminent les derniers bungalows. L'accueil et le service de Janice est irréprochable, mais l'hôtel est situé au milieu de nul part à 5 km de la ville une assurance pour le calme. Les chambres sont très petites, sans réfrigérateur, sans eau chaude, sans même une barre pour faire sécher les serviettes. Le petit déjeuner est fait par Janice mais le thé est absent. ”

“The staff are very accommodating and friendly :) there is a nice common area with a very good lake view... Unfortunately, the facilities are old. The room is very disappointing. The restroom is not so clean, shower and heater is malfunctioning... and the bedroom has centipede and spider, yikes! ”

“Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax.”

“No wifi in room although it said free wifi. No breakfast when it says bed and breakfast. it is pricey for the room’s condition and overall service. There is plenty of room for improvement. ”

“Check in day we arrived at 6:48pm called the hotel several times even before we arrived, no one picked up the calls. 2 blinking lights at the gate, small gat padlocked, no sign if there’s another gate. Went around the building but there was no other entrance. No sign of people working, no lights at all. Curtains were visible hanging like the building has been abandoned for quite sometime. Called expedia.ph to get a call a refund, spoke to a person and requested a call back because I am using an...

“The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗”
