The only complaint really was the internet service. Due to my work, I have two cellphones. One of them At&t and the other Verizon. I kept trying to connect to their internet for wi-fi calling and it kept dropping my calls.

I travel a lot and stay in many hotels and this is one of the few if not the only ones that I really give 5 stars out of 5

Raintree's Sandcastle
Birch Bay Beach Cabana - a tiny oasis close to everything at the Bay. Pets OK
The room and bed was clean. But the owners dog pooped in the shower one night and peed on the bathroom rug the next. It would also be nice if it mentioned the bathroom and shower was inside of the main house, not in the cabin.

VI at Homestead
Clean room and bathroom. Kitchen clean missing some items eg measuring cups. Lobby coffee not available early enough. No shampoo in room. Pool and gym on property nice feature. Room dark especially bathroom lights. Sheets didn't smell very fresh.
