The 120 m² apartment in Lauterbach (Hessen) accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed. There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped private kitchen with coffee machine. Wi-Fi for video calls and a dedicated workspace are available. Access is via a small courtyard and stairs to the first floor.

Street parking is available. 1 pet is allowed, events are not permitted. Bicycles can be stored in the fenced courtyard—uncovered but under video surveillance.
