“Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Disappointing Experience – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service The night before check-in, the owner unexpectedly questioned an already confirmed and paid booking. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the property had been double-booked and was unavailable. An alternative property was offered, but its condition and location were deeply concerning. “El hotel necesita actualización. Está viejo El servicio es muy bueno ”

“Such a wonderful place to stay!!! Everything is perfectly well maintained and preserved. Top quality services. Incredible taste and freshness in all meals, but the best are Fiji Orchid staff, congratulations!!!”

“Awesome pool. Nice big house. We had 9 people. The house was nice a clean. The house could do with some TLC and a dishwasher. Thanks Ms Va”

“Great team, great location, everything perfect ”

“Wonderful staff, complimentary breakfast, beach is a 2 minute walk. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

“Good staff, room OK, amenities so so”

“El hotel es ideal para hacer noche si tienes un vuelo temprano o si llegas muy tarde y quieres descansar antes de continuar a otro hotel. Habitaciones sencillas, sin ascensor a la segunda planta. Puedes ir a pie al aeropuerto, pero aun asi, el hotel tiene servicio shuttle gratuito que es una opción muy buena si no quieres cargar con las maletas.”

“This is nothing more than a basic airport hotel. The photos are misleading and it is of much lower quality than it appears. The food is terrible and the service even worse. If staying here you will need super low expectations or just choose somewhere else, it’s not worth what they are charging. The deluxe room should have come with a patio or terrace seating area according to the description but only came with a step. The doors to the room are patio doors and offer no insulation against noise....

“Friendly staff and great place!”

“Very nice couple stay. We spend 6 days and it was fantastic. Perfect couple getaway. You get an entire island just for yourself. Food amazing , friend staff ( special mentions to Sammy, Ben) they made everything they could to make our stay the best. We spent New Year’s Eve there and it was fantastic. Really good choice !”

“The staff were attentative listened and interested in getting to know us. We were greeted with enthusiasm rooms clean comfortable for a reminiscent stay. The Tonoa had a relaxing pleasant vibe. Will be returning in our next visit.”

“No sirve el wifi, el baño es compartido aunque me cobraron una habitación con baño privado, básicamente lo único verdadero del anuncio es que la cama era king size. El personal poco amable incluso aunque traté de usar el traductor de google. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo.”
