  • welcome to CASA TONIO villa with garden seaview and outside jacuzzi. A villa tha can house 8, for rent at Cavi di Lavagna on the Gulf of Tigullio. Located above the quaint seaside town of Cavi Borgo with its restaurants and shops, CASA TONIO is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with spectacular view of the sea and the headland of Portofino a here 1,5 km from the seaside where guest have access to private parking. It is ideal for those looking to relax in the countryside or by the sea. After visiting one of the many interesting sights such as FIVE LANDS, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI less than half an hour away, only 2 hours drive from MILAN, FLORENCE, an houur from PISA and 40 minuts from LUCCA and GENOA. Relax in the Jacuzzi in the garden sipping a glass of wine. CASA TONIO has a wine cellar with italian wines from fine wine growers you can choose from. The villa was finished in May 2012 the garden plants are growing. Reservetion from June 2012. We raccomend the use of a car. Possibility to rent locally assistance on arrival and trought out your stay want a real ligurian dinner on the terrace ? We can arrange it for you book on site

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the view is incredible. It is a great location to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino and the rest of the Italian Riviera. Flaminia was a great host with great information of where to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Unforgettable stay!

Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). The house is well proportioned, comfortable and clean, however the views are spectacular, and well worth being a little out of town to enjoy! Would thoroughly recommend.

Relaxing Week with Family

Lovely, stylish, well equipped holiday property. Flaminia had prepared a spread of breads, meats and other nibbles, which was an unexpected welcome after our drive from Milan. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was invaluable, as the weather was so hot and we enjoyed using the hot tub, bbq and even tried the pizza oven! A great stay was had by all!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Checkin und checkout lief reibungslos. Wir wurden mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Wir waren total platt, mit welcher Freundlichkeit wir empfangen wurden. Über WhatsApp war unsere Vermieterin bei allen Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um die Nähere Umgebung wie Genua, Portofino u.s.w. zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, la maison est très bien équipée, propre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. On ne s’en lasse pas. Flaminia a remplit son rôle parfaitement, très bon accueil et échange. Je vous recommande cette maison de vacances.

Tout simplement parfait

La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien acceuillis par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé l'apéro avec des produits locaux. Durant notre séjour, elle a été très disponible pour nous recommander de jolies visites et de bons restaurants.

Fantastisch verblijf in Casa Tonio

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met 2 gezinnen. De villa is erg mooi gelegen met uitzicht over zee. Groene terrassentuin waar we elke dag verse citroenen konden plukken. Heerlijke bedden, goed geslapen. De keuken is uitgebreid voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. 3 badkamers met schoon sanitair.Flaminia is een lieve behulpzame host die ons hartelijk verwelkomde en waar nodig van tips heeft voorzien.We komen graag nog eens terug!

Fantastic house with an amazing host

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

Incredible place

We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. We stayed outside for hours watching the see and the sky, reading books and having dinner together. We also had the opportunity to bake pizza in the oven. It was the first time for us. Flaminia was very helpful and gave us few tips

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Es passte einfach alles, tolles Haus, toller Empfang (der Tisch war gedeckt und mit Antipasti und Wein konnten wir erst einmal ankommen), sehr gute Betreuung (wir haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen), der Whirlpool mit Aussicht ein Traum und am vorletzten Abend bekamen wir auch noch ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Sehr zu empfehlen

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Herzlichen Dank an Flaminia.

Tolles Haus in naturnaher Umgebung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man üben :-) Aber toll ist, überhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hören, wenn einen das stört.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhaftem Haus

Das Haus und die Lage ist in wirklich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Anreiseinfos waren super, Flaminia hat uns unten in Ort abgeholt und ist nur uns zum Haus gefahren. Total überrascht und riesig gefreut haben wir uns, dass wir mit einem komplett gedeckten Tisch mit allerlei Antipasti empfangen wurden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, tolle helle Schlafzimmer zum Teil mit Meerblick. Alles in allem ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Toller Garten mit großer Terrasse, Whirlpool, Pizzaofen. Flaminia gibt super Infos zur Umgebung und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Lovely Villa with Incredible Views

We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

Perfect familie huis

Heerlijke week vlak bij het strand. Twee parkeerplekken vlakbij het strand.heerlijk huis om met twee gezinnen en hond te verblijven. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig in het huis. Je moet wel een auto hebben om dingen in de buurt te doen. Cavi is wat beperkt dorpje, sestrie Levante is een bruisend stadje in de buurt met alles wat je nodig hebt. Flaminia en haar man Stefano zijn super gastvrij en altijd goed bereikbaar. Als er wat is regelen ze dat meteen.

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war großzügig und bot die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder für einen privaten Rückzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Küche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieü und das Melograno besucht und können beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Für Ausflüge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnügen!

Amazing holiday home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was super clean and tidy, and Flaminia, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with delicious tiramisu – a really thoughtful gesture that made our vacation extra special. Flaminia was always available via WhatsApp and gave us plenty of great tips for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We especially loved the pizza oven in the garden – a real highlight! It was also very convenient that Flaminia provided parking spaces in the village. The hot tub was wonderful, but it would have been nice if someone had come by after a few days to check the chlorine levels – that's our only small suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast täglich der Gärtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus für den Preis zu teuer.

La casa supera las expectativas creadas...

La casa, el entorno y el trato personal de Flaminia es maravilloso. La ubicación de la casa es espectacular, el entorno, la carretera por la que se llega. Una vez en la casa te das cuenta que lo que has visto en la web, fotos, descripciones, etc... se cumple e incluso se supera una vez que puedes ver en realidad el entorno. Todo estaba en orden, limpio y preparado para recibirnos... La casa cuida muy bien todos los detalles, la cocina es fenomenal si te gusta cocinar, ademas el horno y la parrilla son muy útiles. Un detalle especial y diferente a otras casas en las que hemos estado es la bodega de vinos que tienen y que puedes comprar. Los precios son ajustados, la calidad y variedad es buena, son vinos de la zona y tienen una carpeta con la explicación de cada variedad.... muy ricos los que probamos. Merece una mención especial la señorita Paola, por su trato y por el bonito detalle que tuvo con nosotros (ella sabe a lo que me refiero...) gracias desde aquí, espero volver para repetir y disfrutar de su detalle... A great Place for great Vacation

We were 100% happy at this wonderful holiday home. The host Flamina was very nice und helpful, yet not intrusive at all. The house was beautful, well isulated (we were there in early spring), great kitchen, wonderful view, lots of space, warm whirlpool, pizza oven...All you need is there, and lots more.

Wir verbrachten im April eine wunderbar entspannte Woche im Casa Tonio. Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen, sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen erdenklichen Accessoires ausgestattet. Für sieben Erwachsene war Platz im Überfluss, der gern genutzte Pizzaofen reicht für ein ganzes Restaurant, ebenso der Weinschrank mit ligurischen und piemontesischen Weinen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Flaminia war eine super nette und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps gab, immer erreichbar war und -als Krönung- einen leckeren Empfangstisch gedeckt hatte. Wanderwege direkt am Haus erlauben, das Auto stehen zu lassen, um zu den sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants im Ort zu gelangen. Kritikpunkte: Fehlanzeige. Gesamteindruck: Traumhaft. Wir kommen sicher noch einmal wieder.
